Abstract
一种电脑外围设备组固装置,包括磁架及导轨,可将硬盘或光驱等外围设备组固于电脑机壳内。其中磁架具有若干个设有若干弯折片及弹性凸片的收容通道,而导轨则设有弹片及导引端,可分别对正收容通道而滑动装配在光驱两侧壁上。该导引端可导引导轨对准收容通道,该弹片可抵接在收容通道的一弯折片上,以消除导轨与弯折片之间的间隙。
Description
本发明是涉及一种电脑外围设备组固装置,可将光驱或硬盘等外围设备组装入电脑中,尤其是一种装设在外围设备两侧壁上并具有弹片的侧壁导轨,可供外围设备滑动装配在电脑磁架中二相对侧壁之间。
诸如硬盘或光驱等外围设备可以多种方式安装在电脑机壳内,其中最常用的方法是用螺钉将光驱直接螺锁在电脑机壳上,但该方法不论安装或卸载时均费时费力。随着电脑产业的进步,出现了其它可方便于安装和卸载硬盘或光驱的装置,如美国专利第5,262,923、5,332,306以及5,510,955号所揭示者,这些装置包括两个用螺钉装设在硬盘或光驱两侧壁上的扁平矩形侧导轨,而电脑机壳内的间格则设有可与该导轨配合的弯折片或矩形平板,以提供硬盘或光驱安装的空间及导轨滑行的依靠。该硬盘或光驱完全装入间格后,可借助螺钉将导轨螺锁在电脑机壳上,或借助螺钉直接螺紧抵靠在硬盘或光驱上,又或借助导轨直接压紧在电脑机壳上等方法而得以固定。
上述装配方法中,硬盘或光驱与电脑机壳之间总存在着间隙,因此造成配合松动,从而不能避免震动而造成对硬盘或光驱的伤害。
另外,美国专利第5,599,080号揭示了一对装设在硬盘两侧壁的滑行装置,该装置形成一横向通道并在一端形成一开口,可与装设在电脑机壳内壁的滑轮滑动配合。然而,这些滑轮的装设是相当繁杂的,不但增加制造成本,而且滑轮与滑行装置之间存在的间隙,会使硬盘与电脑机壳间配合松动。
滑轮与滑行装置之间的间隙也使硬盘与电脑机壳接触不良及丧失接地功效,而从该间隙泄漏的电磁辐射干扰(EMI)会对人体造成伤害,对于运作精密的电脑来说,确为一重大缺点并应避免。
因此,期望有一种既能克服现有技术缺点,又能将外围设备有效组装在电脑机壳上的改良装置出现。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种由具有弹性凸片的电脑磁架以及装设于电脑外围设备两侧壁上的导轨所组合成的电脑外围设备组固装置。
为达上述目的,本发明电脑外围设备组固装置包括有磁架及导轨,可将硬盘或光驱等电脑外围设备组固在电脑机壳内。其中磁架为电脑机壳的一部分,是设有若干间格以收容硬盘或光驱,且磁架两侧壁上一体形成若干弯折片,其中每一间格的每对弯折片之间形成一收容通道,且各间格中更设有弹性凸片。一对导轨是分别装设在光驱两侧壁上,并滑动装配在该磁架相应间格中,其中每一导轨均设有弹片及一导引端。该导引端可导引导轨对正收容通道,该弹片可抵触在收容通道的一弯折片上,以消除导轨与弯折片之间的间隙;当光驱完全收容在间格内时,弹性凸片更可保持与导轨抵接,以提供良好接地及方便组装的特性。
由于采用了上述技术方案,该电脑外围设备组固装置不但能将电脑外围设备稳固地安装于电脑机壳内,而且可有助于外围设备的接地以及EMI防护。

图5是本发明电脑外围设备组固装置导轨的第二实施例立体图。
图6是本发明电脑外围设备组固装置的第二实施例的部分立体图,其中该导轨与光驱已经组接一体,一光驱已装入磁架间格内,而另一光驱则尚未装入间格。
图7是本发明电脑外围设备组固装置的第二实施例的部分立体图,其中该导轨与光驱已组固一体,一光驱已装入磁架间格内,而另一光驱则尚未装入间格。
本发明下面将结合附图及实施例作进一步详述。
请参考图1,电脑机壳10包括一基架12、一个5.25英寸磁架14、一个3.5英寸磁架16以及一顶盖18。基架12呈U形状,包括有底板19、前板20及后板22。该前板20是垂直于底板19,并具有若干通风孔24以利于CPU(图未示)等热源所产生的热量散出,该前板20还形成有若干开口26,可作为硬盘或光驱28进入间格的入口;该后板22亦与底板19垂直,其上形成有一I/O区(输入、输出区)27以收容I/0连接器(图未示),以及一插槽区30以固定扩充卡(图未示)。前板20及后板22是各自垂直地组接在底板19相对两侧缘,而顶板18则是组接前板20及后板22相对于底板19的另一侧缘上。
磁架14设在顶板18及前板20相衔接区域处,是用于安装5.25英寸硬盘(图未示)或光驱28等。磁架16则是设在磁架14与前板20相衔接区域处,用于安装3.5英寸硬盘或软驱(图未示)。磁架14及16仅尺寸大小不同而结构均相同,因此,以下仅针对磁架14加以描述。
该磁架14为一矩形盒体,其前面形成一开口26以接收光驱28,在其两相对侧壁32上设有若干个凸伸的弹性凸片34、若干个弯折片36及若干个孔38。该磁架14同时亦分成若干个间格40,以各别接收一光驱28,每一间格40包括一对设在侧壁32上的纵长弯折片36、两个介于该对弯折片36之间的弹性凸片34以及一个位于间格40前端并靠近开口26的孔38。每一导轨42设有两相对销60,光驱28的两相对侧壁44上形成有与该销60相对应的孔45,借助销60与孔45配合而使导轨42装设在光驱28上,进而利用该导轨42可将光驱28滑入安装在磁架间格40内。
请参考图2所示,每一导轨42包括一纵长扁形主体46及一扣锁元件48,该扣锁元件48是装设在主体46上,其设有扣齿50以扣合在电脑机壳上,以及一延伸部52以用于解除扣齿50的扣合状态。该主体46沿其纵长两侧缘设有翼缘54以及一导引端56,其中一纵长侧缘上更设有两弹片58。
如图3所示,该导轨42是组接在光驱28两相对侧壁44上,以辅助光驱28装入相应间格40内。该导轨42可滑入至由弯折片36A、36B所界定的收容通道62内,而弹性凸片34则抵靠在导轨42的主体46上,以维持光驱28与磁架14间的电性接地及机械连接,而扣锁元件48的扣齿50则扣合在孔38上以将光驱28固持在磁架14上。
又请参考图4A所示,光驱28已有一部分进入磁架14内,其中导引端56对准收容通道62,上弯折片36A及下弯折片36B则与翼缘54配合。再请参考图4B所示,光驱28已全部进入磁架14内,上弯折片36A将弹片58压下,借助该弹片58的弹性可消除弯折片36与导轨42之间之间隙,从而使光驱28稳固地安装在磁架14上。
又请参考图5及图6所示,为本发明的第二实施例,该导轨42′是组接在光驱28的侧壁上,其主体46′设有弹性环64。而磁架14′则在其侧壁32′上设有弯折片36A′、36B′,介于弯折片36A′、36B′之间形成一收容通道62′,以收容导轨42′。当光驱28插入在磁架14′内,弹性环64借助弹性可抵触在侧壁32′上,从而可将光驱28固定。
又请参考图7所示,为本发明的第三实施例,该锁扣元件48″一体成型有附设在主体46″上的簧片64″,当光驱28插入在磁架14′内,簧片64″借助弹性可保持抵触在侧壁32′上,从而可将光驱28固定。
Claims (9)
1.一种电脑外围设备组固装置,包括磁架及导轨,磁架具有二相对侧壁及前开口,用以收容外围设备,而导轨则分别啮合于外围设备两相对侧壁上,其特征在于:该侧壁各至少一体形成有一对纵长形弯折片,该导轨具有一纵长形主体、设置于纵长形主体的纵长侧缘的翼缘、设置于侧缘上并可抵接在弯折片上的至少一弹片、以及设置于主体上并可抵靠在磁架一侧壁上的至少一弹性环。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑外围设备组固装置,其特征在于:该磁架在其侧壁前方部位形成若干第一孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑外围设备组固装置,其特征在于:导轨设有啮合在外围设备的若干个第二孔上的若干销。
4.如权利要求3所述的电脑外围设备组固装置,其特征在于:该导轨具有一组接在主体上的扣锁元件。
5.如权利要求4所述的电脑外围设备组固装置,其特征在于:该扣锁元件设有扣合在磁架第一孔上的扣齿。
6.如权利要求5所述的电脑外围设备组固装置,其特征在于:该扣锁元件还设有可将外围设备从磁架卸下的延伸部。
7.一种导轨装置,装设在电脑外围设备两相对侧壁上,用于辅助电脑外围设备滑动装入电脑机壳内,其特征在于:该导轨装置设有一主体及一装设在主体上的扣锁元件,该主体设有可扣持在外围设备第二孔中的销,以及至少一位于其纵长侧缘上并可与电脑机壳的弯折片相抵接的弹片,该扣锁元件设有可扣合在电脑机壳第一孔上的扣齿,以及可将外围设备从磁架卸下的解除装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的导轨装置,其特征在于:该主体设有可与电脑机壳相抵接的弹性元件。
9.如权利要求8所述的导轨装置,其特征在于:该导轨在其主体的纵长侧缘上还设有翼缘。
