本实用新型为一种自限位波纹膨胀节,属于管路联接件。本膨胀节由波纹管、端接管、固定法兰、外罩筒、定位环及限位法兰构成;两端接管分别与波纹管的两端相联固定,装于外罩筒内;固定法兰和限位法兰分别固定在外罩筒的两端,并套在两端接管上,固定法兰同时固定在一端接管上;定位环套在限位法兰内侧的端接管上,并固定。本膨胀节实现了用最少的部件、简单的结构、合理的方法解决波纹膨胀节自身限位的难点。

自限位波纹膨胀节
本实用新型为一种自限位波纹膨胀节,属于管路联接件。
在以架空和地沟形式敷设的热力管道中,由于固定支点的种种缺陷时常有膨胀节被拉开乃至拉坏的事件发生。现有的可限位或无限位拉申膨胀节技术中存在着结构复杂、装配难度大、焊缝过近相互影响等诸多问题。
为了克服上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种结构简单、便于装配并带有限位的自限位波纹膨胀节。
本实用新型的自限位波纹膨胀节由波纹管、端接管、固定法兰、外罩筒、定位环及限位法兰构成;两端接管分别与波纹管的两端相联固定,装于外罩筒内;固定法兰和限位法兰分别固定在外罩筒的两端,并套在两端接管上,固定法兰同时固定在一端接管上;定位环套在限位法兰内侧的端接管上,并固定;限位环为一园环,其外径大于限位法兰的内孔径。
本实用新型的自限位波纹膨胀节实现了用最少的部件、简单的结构、合理的方法解决波纹膨胀节自身限位的难点,使得一旦管线中的固定支点出现问题时,能确保膨胀节不被损坏。当在管网上工作时,端接管沿限位法兰内径的间隙轴向滑动,波纹管被压缩。一旦补偿器受外向力欲过分拉伸时,定位环将阻挡在限位法兰内侧,两法兰与端接管以及外罩筒形成一刚体,从而有效地保护了波纹管。

实施例(见图):
本自限位波纹膨胀节由波纹管1、端接管2、固定法兰6、外罩筒4、定位环3及限位法兰5构成;两端接管2分别与波纹管1焊接在一起,装于外罩筒4内;固定法兰6和限位法兰5分别焊在外罩筒4的两端,并套在两端接管2上,固定法兰6同时焊在一端接管2上;定位环3焊在限位法兰5内侧的端接管2上;定位环3的外径大于限位法兰5的内孔径。

1、一种自限位波纹膨胀节由波纹管、端接管、固定法兰、外罩筒、定位环及限位法兰构成;两端接管分别与波纹管的两端相联固定,装于外罩筒内;其特征在于固定法兰和限位法兰分别固定在外罩筒的两端,并套在两端接管上,固定法兰同时固定在一端接管上;定位环套在限位法兰内侧的端接管上,并固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自限位波纹膨胀节,其特征在于限位环为一园环,其外径大于限位法兰的内孔径。
