Abstract

一种医疗器械,适用于肿瘤切除、尤其是神经外科肿瘤切除手术中的一种枪状取瘤镊,是将已有的钝性枪状取瘤镊勺状取瘤端相对缘,由平面接触变为锐利的刀片接触并咬合密切,在手术操作中,将对肿瘤组织的牵拉、撕扯变为剪切、夹取,咬住适量待切组织,稍用力即可实现切除,降低了并发症,提高了手术质量。

锐性取瘤镊
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，适用于肿瘤切除、尤其神经外科肿瘤切除手术中的一种枪状取瘤镊。
目前，常用的枪状取瘤镊勺状取瘤端相对缘呈平面接触，手术中切除肿瘤组织时需采用牵拉、撕扯的手法，而神经外科手术，特别是脑干、视神经、脊髓，下丘脑等部位的手术，即使轻微的牵拉、撕扯，也常会引起严重的并发症，如死亡、昏迷、偏瘫、失明等。为了最大限度地减小副损伤、降低并发症，追求“微侵袭”、“无创”的手术操作正逐渐成为医学界的共识。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种“微侵袭”、“无创”的手术操作器械，尽可能降低并发症，提高手术质量。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将已有的钝性枪状取瘤镊头部即勺状取瘤端经机械成形加工制作，使其相向的勺状取瘤端相对缘由平面接触变为锐利的刀片接触并咬合密切，利用机械剪切原理，将“挤夹、撕扯”的动作变为“剪切”，根据杠杆工作原理，在阻力点实现切除病变组织。切除下来的病变组织，可能有一部分存留在镊片中，可在生理盐水中冲洗掉或利用一小棒通过镊片中部的小孔把存留组织剔除。采用以上方案，明显减小了手术部位的副损伤，降低了并发症，提高了手术质量。

图4、图5所示的实施例中，勺状取瘤镊镊片相对缘锐利，θ角以1～2°为佳，镊片中部小孔直径2mm。

1、一种枪状取瘤镊，取瘤端呈勺状，其特征是：勺状取瘤端相对缘为锐利缘。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锐性取瘤镊，其特征是：取瘤端两个勺状镊片相对缘为锐利的刀片接触并咬合密切，镊片中部有小孔。
