本实用新型是一种浮子阀,用于水箱水池等自动控制水位的阀门装置,是由阀体,阀瓣,丝堵,压簧,杠杆,浮子,连管,锁母体等构成,其特征是利用压簧的压力和水作用在阀瓣的压强关闭阀门,利用浮子与杠杆的力臂作用开启阀瓣打开阀门,改变了传统浮子阀关闭或开启的方法,增强了浮子阀开启或关闭的可靠性。

浮子阀
本发明是用于水箱或水池等自动控制水位的阀门装置。
传统浮子阀关闭时的力全靠浮力和杠杆来完成,存在浮子大,杠杆受力大,部件易损坏,关闭不严等弊病。
设计本实用新型的目的是改变传统浮子阀关闭或开启方法,增强浮子阀开启或关闭的可靠性,减小浮子的体积。
本浮子阀是这样实现的,由阀体、阀瓣、丝堵、密封环、压簧、杠杆、浮子、连管、锁母体构成,其特征是阀体的一侧有入水口,与连管连接,上端有加工工艺口,用丝堵堵死,下端为出水嘴,阀瓣为圆片状,压簧压在阀瓣上。压簧的上端卡在丝堵上。密封环镶嵌在阀体出水嘴处与阀瓣配合。杠杆的支点轴设在阀体下部出水嘴处,杠杆的一端与阀瓣配合为重臂,另一端与浮子连接为力臂。连管连接阀体和锁母体,锁母体与水箱固定外还和水源接通。
由于采用上述方案,浮子阀利用压簧的压力和水作用在阀瓣的压强关闭阀门。利用浮子与杠杆的力臂作用并启阀瓣打开阀门。
下面结合附图以坐式便器水箱的浮子阀为实施例进一步说明:
图中阀体(1)一侧有入水口,与连管(8)连接,上端有工艺加工口,用丝堵(3)堵死,下端为出水嘴,阀瓣(2)为圆片状,底面与密封环(4)配合关闭阀门。顶面与压簧(5)配合。压簧(5)的上端卡在丝堵(3)上。杠杆(6)支点轴设在阀体(1)下部的出水嘴处,力臂与浮子(7)连接。杠杆(6)重臂一端与阀瓣(2)配合开启。连管(8)的另一端与锁母体(9)相接,锁母体(9)与水箱固定并与水源接通。
工作原理是根据水箱内的水位变化开启或关闭阀门。当水箱内的水位下降时浮子与力臂杆下落,支点轴另一端重臂上升将阀瓣顶起则打开阀门。当水位升至一定高度,浮子与力臂杆升起,重臂下落,对阀瓣不产生顶力阀门则关闭。

1、一种浮子阀,其特征是:由阀体,阀瓣,丝堵,密封环,压簧,杠杆,浮子 构成,阀体有入水口,与连管连接,上端有加工工艺口,用丝堵堵死,下端为出水嘴,阀瓣为圆片状,压簧压在阀瓣上,压簧的上端卡在丝堵上,密封环镶嵌在阀体出水嘴处与阀瓣配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的浮子阀其特征是:杠杆的支点轴设在阀体下部出水嘴处,一端与阀瓣配合为重臂,另一端与浮子连接为力臂。
