一种太阳能热水器水满自闭阀,由壳体Ⅰ(3)、浮子(2)、联接于浮子(2)底部的永磁控制磁片(4)、壳体Ⅱ(7)和永磁阀片(5)组成,壳体Ⅰ(3)和壳体Ⅱ(7)由螺纹联接,浮子(2)在水的浮力的作用下,能够在壳体Ⅰ(3)内腔上下移动,使得位于浮子(2)底部的永磁控制磁片(4)和位于壳体Ⅱ(7)内腔的永磁阀片(5)之相互吸引力发生改变,这种改变,带动了永磁阀片(5)的上下移动。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器水满自闭阀,尤其是由永磁控制磁片和永磁阀片组成的太阳能热水器自闭阀。
随着人们生活水平的提高和科技的发展,太阳能热水器在城乡被普遍采用。为使用方便出现了太阳有热水器水满自闭阀。现在被人们普遍采用的是完全由人工控制的阀门,即打开加水阀门往热水器水箱中加水,一段时间后,如溢水管有水溢出,说明水箱已被加满,再关闭加水阀门。这样的阀打开后人就不能离开,因为人一离开,水满后就无法关闭,造成水的浪费,同时水箱中的水也不能被有效加热。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便的太阳能热水器水满自闭阀。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的太阳能热水器水满自闭阀由壳体I、浮子、联接于浮子底部的永磁控制磁片、壳体II和永磁阀片组成,壳体I和壳体II由螺纹联接,当永磁控制磁片向下落到壳体I底部时,就会将永磁阀片向上吸引过去,从而打开自闭阀,当永磁控制磁片向上移动时,永磁阀片就会因失去引力而向下落,从而关闭自闭阀。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。附图是本实用新型的太阳能热水器水满自闭阀具体实施方式的剖视图。
人工打开原热水器的加水阀门,自来水就会由进水口(9)进水,通过出水口(8)给加水器水箱加水,水箱水满后,水箱上部的溢水管将会有水溢出,溢出的水由溢水管接口(1)流向壳体I(3)的空腔,这样浮于(2)就会因水的浮力向上移动,同时联接在浮子(2)底部的永磁控制磁片(4)也一同向上移动,随着永磁控制磁片(4)与永磁阀片(5)间距离的增大,它们之间的引力将会减小,在重力作用下,永磁阀片(5)将向下移动到壳体II(7)的底部堵住水流的通道,并由联接在永磁阀片(5)底部的橡胶片(6)加以更好的密封,停止给水箱加水,达到了水满自闭的目的。一段时间以后,壳体I(3)中的水将会通过一小孔(10)流完,浮于(2)和永磁控制磁片(4)又会向下移动到壳体I(3)的底部,但由于受水的压力,永磁阀片(5)并不被吸起,因而自闭阀还是关闭的。
当取用热水器水箱中的水时,人工关闭原热水器的进水阀门,接着打开原热水器的取水阀门,这时永磁阀片(5)就会因失去水的压力并承受负压而被永磁控制磁片(4)吸起,从而自闭阀被打开,热水器水箱中的水就能被自由取用。
当然,永磁控制磁片(4)和永磁阀片(5)其中之一可换成磁铁能够吸引的其他材料,这种变换也落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、一种太阳能热水器水满自闭阀,由壳体I(3)浮子(2)联接于浮子(2)底部的永磁控制磁片(4)、壳体II(7)和永磁阀片(5)组成,壳体I(3)和壳体II(7)由螺纹联接,其特征在于:壳体I(3)内部的空腔与浮子(2)的外径相适应,使其能够上下移动;壳体II(7)的内腔与永磁阀片(5)的外径相适应,以便永磁阀片(5)在其内腔能上下移动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自闭阀,其特征在于:浮子(2)底部带有永磁控制磁片(4),壳体II(7)内有一底部带有橡胶片的永磁阀片(5)。
