本实用新型涉及一种汽油、氧气割焊枪,特别涉及一种等压式两用汽油、氧气割焊枪。
由于乙炔、氧气割焊对环境污染很大,已被禁止使用。代替用汽油、氧气进行割焊。目前,虽有汽油氧气用割焊枪的出现,但由于结构不合理,汽油不能充分汽化,故对钢板的割焊还未正式过关。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种等压式两用汽油、氧气割焊枪,能切割80m/m以上的钢板,焊缝光滑,汽油能充分与氧气混合等优点。
本实用新型的实施方案如下:它是由高压氧管、预热氧管、油管和枪外套四大部分所组成,枪外套右上部从上往下依次是高压氧管,预热氧管和油管,它各与枪外套内上部相通,油管内有油针阀,枪外套内中上部有混合室、导入管,枪外套内下部有油、氧气喷出口,高压氧喷出口。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,油氧气能充分混合燃烧,可切割80m/m以上的钢板而变型小,焊缝光滑。
油可通气泵或人工加压来输入割焊枪内。

如图1所示,当要进行切割钢板时,开启微型气泵(未画出)、汽油(或其他燃油)通过油针阀3开启的大小来控制输入油管4的汽油量,同时开启高压氧阀门(未画出)和预热氧阀门(未画出),使高压氧气通过高压氧管1和预热氧气通过预热氧管2各进入枪外套5的上部,预热氧气与汽油在混合室6混合,混合后通过导入管7,再从油氧喷出口8喷出,而高压氧则由高压氧管1输入枪外套5的上部后通过高压氧喷出口9喷出,一起燃烧而进行割切钢板。
如果是焊接钢板,则关闭高压氧气管,只用预热氧气与汽油混合就可进行焊接。

1.一种等压式两用汽油、氧气割焊枪,其特征在于:它由高压氧气管1、预热氧气管2、油管4和枪外套5四大部分所组成,所述枪外套5右上部从上往下依次是高压氧气管1,预热氧管2和油管4,它(1,2,4)各与枪外套5内上部相通,油管4内有油针阀3,枪外套5内,中上部有混合室6、导入管7、枪外套5内下部有油、氧气喷出口8和高压氧喷出口9。
