Abstract

一种大棚保温被,解决了现在的大棚用双层草帘覆盖保温效果不理想,并且用量大,费用高的问题。包括上、下保温层,防雨防寒层,耐磨层其周边缝合而成,保温性能好;而化纤产品本身就不易滋生各种破坏性害虫,耐磨耐用;覆盖大棚保温被比覆盖双层草帘的大棚提高棚内温度1～2℃,大棚内的产品尤其是蔬菜就可提前一周上市,满足人们的生活需要,可取得较高的经济效益。

大棚保温被
本实用新型涉及大棚保温用的大棚保温被的设计和制造技术。
目前，利用大棚进行蔬菜生产、动物养殖、花草树木的种植已很普遍，为确保动植物在寒冷的气候中生长，在大棚上多采用双层草帘覆盖，以保证夜晚与白天大棚内的温差不会太大，但双层草帘覆盖保温效果不理想，并且用量大，费用高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种物美价廉、保温效果好的大棚保温被。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在上保温层和下保温层的中间夹一层防雨防寒层，上保温层的上面再放一层耐磨层，周边缝合而成。
上述所说的上、下保温层均采用棉花、化纤丝、羊毛混纺后拉压制成的簿片；防雨防寒层采用塑料膜；耐磨层采用喷胶无纺布或防雨绸。
本实用新型的优点是其保温层由棉花、羊毛及相关保温性能良好的化工原料弹制成棉絮状物后，制成的毯式产品，保温性能好；化纤产品不易滋生各种破坏生害虫，耐磨耐用；覆盖大棚保温被比覆盖双层草帘的大棚提高棚内温度1～2℃。大棚内的产品(尤其是一些需要高温的蔬菜)就可提前一周上市，满足人们的生活需要，可取得较高的经济效益。

该大棚保温被如图所示，在上保温层1和下保温层3的中间夹一层防雨防寒层2，上保温层1的上面再放一层耐磨层4，周边缝合而成。
上保温层1、下保温层3均采用棉花、化纤丝、羊毛混纺后拉压制成的簿片；防雨防寒层2采用塑料膜；耐磨层4采用喷胶无纺布，延长使用寿命。

1、一种大棚保温被，其特征在于，在上保温层[1]和下保温层[3]的中间夹一层防雨防寒层[2]，周边缝合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大棚保温被，其特征在于，上保温层[1]的上面再放一层耐磨层[4]。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大棚保温被，其特征在于，上、下保温层均采用棉花、化纤丝、羊毛混纺后拉压制成的簿片；防雨防寒层采用塑料膜；耐磨层采用喷胶无纺布或防雨绸。
