本实用新型提供了一种保温性好,阳光透射率高,薄膜固定效果好,使用寿命长,安装方便,应用广泛的塑料薄膜大棚,大棚骨架由内、外两层组成,用支承杆连接,在内、外骨架外侧面上沿轴向设有镶嵌槽,蒙在内、外骨架上的塑料薄膜嵌入镶嵌槽内,并在塑料薄膜上压有镶嵌条。

本实用新型涉及农田塑料薄膜大棚。
为了延长蔬菜、花卉等农作物的生长期,即使在气温较低的秋天季节仍能继续生长,目前的技术提供了单层塑料薄膜的塑料大棚和阳光温室,在棚内创造了一个小气候环境,既提高了温度又保证了充足的光线,使农作物在大棚中仍能继续生长。但这样的大棚在使用时仍存在着不少缺点:1)阳光透射率低,由于大棚内外存在较大的温差和湿度差,在塑料膜内表面上容易凝结水滴,阻碍了光线的透射,虽然有些大棚使用了无滴膜,但膜内表面的水滴变成了一薄层水汽,仍然阻碍了阳光的透射,使棚内温度达不到理想的温度。2)保温性差,单层塑料膜大棚虽然能起到一定的保温作用,但仍有部分热量传导出去,降低了大棚内的温度,因此阳光温室在太阳下山前一小时就应苫盖草帘,我国北方地区在严冬季节有一段相当长的时间仍然不能生产蔬菜。3)塑料膜固定不够牢固且易损坏,塑料膜只是绷在钢架上,在两侧与地面接触处用土块压住,用这种方法固定的塑料膜极易刮开。再加上经常苫盖和收卷草帘,使塑料膜磨损进而造成了塑料膜的浪费。为了进一步发挥塑料大棚的优势,必须彻底克服以上缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种光线透射率高,保温性能好,坚固而耐用的塑料薄膜大棚。
本实用新型镶嵌式双层塑料波保温阳光大棚,具有一个以上骨架,骨架是用金属材料制作的,骨架由内、外两层组成,内层骨架与外层骨架通过支承杆连接,在内、外骨架的外侧面上沿骨架的轴向设有镶嵌槽,在内、外骨架的外侧面上蒙有塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜并嵌入镶嵌槽内,在镶嵌槽内的塑料薄膜上压有镶嵌条,镶嵌条是由橡胶、尼龙或塑料制成。
本实用新型具有以下优点:1)因为采用双层塑料薄膜,在两层之间形成一层密闭的空气层,隔绝了内部热量向外部传导,所以具有良好的保温性能。2)由于内部温度很难传导到外部,内层塑料薄膜温度就较高,棚内的水汽不易在塑料薄膜上结成水滴或形成水汽层,保证了较高的阳光透射率。3)因为塑料薄膜镶嵌在骨架上,并有镶嵌条压牢,所以塑料薄膜固定效果好,不易损坏,使用寿命长。4)安装方便,造价低,能在建筑、野外工程,防震抗灾等领域中使用,应用范围广。

图1,图2和图3是本实用新型的实施例,图中1为内骨架,通过支承杆3与外骨架2连接,内骨架1和外骨架2均是厚度为1mm的带钢压制成槽形,槽宽30mm,槽高17mm,并根据大棚的宽度,整根槽钢弯成弧形,外层骨架的槽底向上,内层骨架的槽底向下,在内、外层骨架的相对方向焊接支承杆,支承杆用槽钢制作,槽底宽28mm,槽高16mm,内、外层骨架的两槽底之间相距20cm,在内、外骨架槽底的外侧面上,沿骨架的轴向方向,压制有一条镶嵌槽7,槽腔宽度为6mm槽腔高度为8mm,槽口宽度为4mm,根据大棚长度的要求每隔1米左右设置一个骨架,在外骨架槽底的外侧面上蒙上厚度为0.01mm的塑料薄膜,为外层膜4,在内骨架槽底的外侧面蒙上厚度为0.003-0.005mm的塑料薄膜,为内层膜5,塑料薄膜嵌入镶嵌槽7内,在镶嵌槽内的塑料薄膜上还压有镶嵌条6,镶嵌条是用φ5.5mm的橡胶条制成。这样在外层膜与内层膜之间形成了一层厚度为20cm的密闭的空气保温层。

1、镶嵌式双层塑料膜保温阳光大棚,具有一个以上的骨架,在骨架上蒙有塑料薄膜,其特征为所述骨架是金属材料制作,骨架由内,外两层组成,内层骨架与外层骨架通过支承杆连接,在内、外骨架的外侧面上沿骨架的轴向设有镶嵌槽,在内、外骨架的外侧面上蒙有塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜并嵌入镶嵌槽内,在镶嵌槽内的塑料薄膜上压有镶嵌条。
2、根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌式双层塑料膜保温阳光大棚,其特征为所述镶嵌条是由橡胶尼龙或塑料制成。
