Abstract

一种用于农业大棚的充气承重高效保温棚,它将两层气密材料制成的薄膜上下分开一定距离,用竖向薄膜经热压分割成互不连通,各自独立而又封闭的条状区间,每个条状区间的一端设有一个气嘴,经充入压力空气后,再把条状弯成能承受荷载的拱形。它的特点是解决了已往用骨架支承大棚的不足,并实现了全面积的多层保温。自身重量轻,造价低,保温效果好,节约热能资源,降低空气污染,此棚也可做为野外营宿帐棚使用,安拆也方便。

充气承重高效保温棚
本实用新型适用于农业大棚和野外帐棚。
现有温塞及野外宿营帐棚都需要骨加承重,这种结构,其骨架造价高,并且很难实现多层保温。为了保持室内的温度通常的做法是安设热源装置取暖,同时夜间在外边还要加草帘、棉被覆盖,这就势必消耗大量的设备和能源,要投入较多的人力管理,并造成一定的环境污染。专利号ZL97210664.2充气承重保温棚,它现存在的不足是不能达到全部面积多层保温,局部有冷桥存在,在高寒气温条件下,在冷桥位置易产生结冰和结露现象,影响保温效果。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种充气承重高效保温棚,它自身重量轻,不用骨架,造价低,保温效果好,并能有效地降低寒冷地区冬季农业生产成本,延长耕种期。
本实用新型的基本构思是:把薄膜制成夹层并分割成条状区间,在每个条状区间的一端设有一个气嘴,通过气嘴分别给每一个条状区间充入一定压力的空气后,用手工将条状弯成拱形,形成支承力;由上、下薄膜竖条、气嘴组成空间,多个条状区间组成大棚,在上下两层气密材料制成的薄膜之间用竖向薄膜分割成断面适宜的条状区间,通过气嘴分别给每一个区间充气,达到全面积多层保温的效果。
由于采用上述的设计方案,它的优点是:结构简单,安拆方便,即使个别条状区间漏气,整个拱棚也不会塌落下来,可粘结修补,保温效果好,不用骨架支承重量,造价低。同时又可降低热能消耗,减少空气污染。

下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况:
将两层气密材料制成的薄膜上(2)、下⑶分开一定距离,在两薄膜上(2)、下⑶之间把竖向薄膜(9)经热压与薄膜上(2)、下⑶粘合,形成多个竖条区间,经充气后形成图2中虚线所示的空间室(6),各个条装空间室(6)在横向彼此连续构成整体(5)。分别在每个条状区间(6)的同一端通过热压安设一个气嘴(1),通过气嘴⑴ 绐每个条状小区间(6)充气,按预先计算好的弦长及拱高,用土(4)将独立条状区间(6)的两端固定即形成拱形的棚(5),它既能承受风、雨自重等荷载,又能实现全面积的多层保温。棚(5)的两端通过用胶或小型封口机把能堵住两头的薄膜(7)与棚(5)两端粘接,使拱棚(5)两端封闭。在棚的一端(7)或两端没有粘接的出入口(8)。
