一种高保温塑料大棚薄膜,在厚塑料膜上是一层薄塑料膜,竖向形成一条条“垫压缝”,两缝之间距离约为3-20厘米,薄塑料膜的宽度尺寸大于厚塑料膜,两层之间设置有塑料膜弹簧,上厚下薄的塑料膜形成一个个“兜”状空间保温层,每块薄膜两侧留有粘接边,该薄膜保温性能好且不易遭风、雨、雪损坏,能减少棚内支架,省时省力,可降低棚内蔬菜生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种保温塑料大棚薄膜。
目前农村所用的塑料大棚薄膜多为单层,保温能力很差。夜间必须用草帘子苫上,以便保温,在下雨、雪时草帘子自重增加,塑料薄膜易被压坏。白天因棚内外温差大,薄膜内大量结露影响光照;露水下滴;落在种植的蔬菜叶子上,会使菜叶生病烂掉,影响菜农的收获。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高保温塑料大棚用薄膜。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在厚塑料膜1上用热压加工方法压上一层薄塑料膜5,竖向形成一条条“热压缝”2,两“热压缝”之间距离约为3—20厘米,薄塑料膜5的宽度尺寸要大于厚塑料膜1,例如可为厚塑料膜1的1.57倍,以使塑料膜弹簧3放进去,上厚下薄,形成一个个“兜”状空间,里面有空气,形成保温层,每块薄膜两侧留有粘接边4,使用时两两粘接成成整片,放在棚架上时,上下两端压实则可。另外也可以用粘接的方法把薄塑料膜5与厚塑料膜1粘在一起。
本实用新型的优点是保温性能好且不易遭风、雨、雪损坏,能减少棚内支架,省时省力,可降低棚内蔬菜生产成本。

图中,1厚塑料膜,2“热压缝”,3塑料弹簧,4粘接边,5薄塑料膜,取宽度为厚塑料膜宽度1.57倍的薄塑料膜一张,用热压加工方法压在厚塑料膜上,竖向形成一条条“热压缝”,两缝之间距离约为3—20厘米,薄塑料膜的宽度尺寸大于厚塑料膜,两层之间设置有塑料膜弹簧,上厚下薄的塑料膜形成一条条“兜”状空间保温层,每块薄膜两侧留有粘接边。此外,也可用塑料支架、塑料棒代替塑料弹簧;热压缝可由薄塑料膜与厚塑料膜粘接形成一体。

1.一种高保温塑料大棚薄膜,其特征在于:厚塑料膜(1)上是一层薄塑料膜(5),竖向形成一条条“热压缝”(2),两缝之间距离约为3—20厘米,薄塑料膜(5)的宽度尺寸大于厚塑料膜(1),两层之间设置有塑料弹簧(3),上厚下薄的塑料膜形成一个个“兜”状空间保温层,每块薄膜两侧留有粘接边(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高保温塑料大棚薄膜,其特征在于:所说的塑料弹簧(3)可用塑料支架或塑料棒代替。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的高保温塑料大棚薄膜,其特征在于:所说的热压缝(2)为薄塑料膜(5)与厚塑料膜(1)粘接成一体。
