一种通径洗井规
本实用新型涉及一种油田修井作业用的通径洗井规。
当前,在油田修井作业处理井筒时,通常采用的工序为通径规通径后,从井内起出。然后再下入洗井管柱洗井。或者通径后,冲砂洗井,再通径的作业工序。需要多次分别起下油管柱,费时费力费用高,工作效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种通径洗井规,集通径、洗井双重功效于一体,一次起下管柱即可完成通径和洗井作业,可以有效地完成修井作业的技术要求和减少起下管柱的次数和修井费用。从而克服现有技术存在的缺陷。

以下结合附图详细说明本实用新型。如图1,油管接头1与中心管2连接,中心管2上设有若干个通径套3,通径套3沿中心管2的轴向依次套装。通径套3为一圆环,在其外壁对称均布有凸凹槽4,并且凸槽4上开有通孔5。相邻通径套3上的凸凹槽4相互错开90度设置。
实施例:将连接有通径套3的中心管2与油管接头1连接,下入井内。通径套3的凸凹槽4刮削井壁的沉积物,由于通径套3上的凸凹槽4是错位设置的,因此在中心管下入的过程中,下后下入井内的凸凹槽4不断地刮削井壁,以清除井壁的沉积物。被清除的沉积物可以从凸凹槽4上的通孔5中排出。同时从井口向中心管2内打入洗井液,对井下进行冲砂洗井。洗井液上返时冲洗井壁,将刮削下来的沉积物携带出来。此时凸凹槽上的通孔5恰巧作为洗井液返排的通道。
本实用新型的优点:1.结构简单、设计合理。2.工作效率高、安全可靠。

1.一种通径洗井规,由油管接头、中心管等构成,其特征在于:油管接头(1)与中心管(2)连接,中心管(2)上设有若干个通径套(3),通径套(3)沿中心管(2)的轴向依次套装;通径套(3)为一圆环,在其外壁对称均布有凸凹槽(4),并且凸槽(4)上开有通孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通径洗井规,其特征在于:相邻通径套(3)上的凸凹槽(4)相互错开90度设置。
