袋型砂布
本实用新型属于抛磨工具技术领域，涉及一种适用于对物体表面进行抛光打磨处理的砂布。
目前生产的用于打磨抛光金属件、木件等物体表面及墙面的砂纸均为以棉布为基布的上敷砂粒磨料的单张平面型产品，使用时要用手压砂布打磨物体表面，存在着砂布容易窜动、操作不便、砂布表面磨损不均、工作中手指易与物体接触而致划破手指以及被打磨掉的一些腐蚀性尘粒污染损伤手指皮肤等缺陷，上述缺陷在隆冬季节施工时尤其令施工者难以忍受。
本实用新型的目的在于克服公知产品所存在的缺陷，提供一种操作灵活、使用方便且可安全防护人体的袋型砂布。
为实现上述发明目的而作出的技术解决方案是这样的：设计一种类似洗澡用搓巾的袋型砂布，它具有一个由棉质基布制成的单开口套袋，在套袋的外表敷设有砂粒磨料，操作时施工者将手伸入袋内，即可随意打磨物体的任何部位。

参见附图，本实用新型所述的袋型砂布由棉质基布套袋以及在套袋外敷设的砂粒磨料构成，套袋外形呈内大外小状，即套袋的开口处口径小于套袋的袋腔内径。产品制作中视一般使用者手掌大小将套袋加工成大、中、小号，操作时将手伸插入袋内，可像洗澡用搓巾一样对物体表面进行打磨作业，并可两只手同时操作。
与公知的平面型砂布相比，本实用新型所述的袋型砂布具有操作灵活、使用方便、节约材料、劳动效益高和劳保效果好等优点，其产品适于在各种抛磨现场应用推广。

1、一种用于打磨物体表面的袋型砂布，其特征在于它具有一个由棉质基布制成的单开口套袋，在套袋的外表敷设有砂粒磨料。
2、如权利要求1所述的袋型砂布，其特征是所说套袋的开口处口径小于套袋的袋腔内径。
