本实用新型提供一种平行纤维束结构集成材,由植物纤维束与胶粘剂复合而成,所述植物纤维束为木质和/或竹质,其复合结构是:多根木纤维束和/或竹纤维束的细长丝条纵向平行排列,相互挤压紧密贴靠,各丝条间以胶粘剂粘合构成密实无空隙的板状、柱状体。本实用新型提高木、竹材料的利用率,强度高,自然变形小,可加工性好,生产成本低,应用范围广,增加了建筑材料的新品种。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料,具体的是一种平行纤维束结构集成材。
随着经济发展,建筑业要求更多的新型建材,木材是传统的建筑材料,建筑行业使用木材有两种形式,一是直接使用原木,二是将木材加工成复合板材例如三合板、纤维板,及其他有特定功能的板材如复合隔音板,复合防火板等,制作复合板对木材的树种、直径有一定要求,有些树种及树径较小的木材都不能被充分利用。此外,在我国竹也是一种高产的材料,但在建筑领域中竹的利用不高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种平行纤维束结构集成材,可制成板、柱,提高木、竹材料的利用率,强度高,自然变形小,可加工性好,生产成本低,应用范围广,增加了建筑材料的新品种。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种平行纤维束结构集成材,由植物纤维束与胶粘剂复合而成,其特征在于:所述植物纤维束为木质和/或竹质,其复合结构是:多根木纤维束和/或竹纤维束的细长丝条纵向平行排列,相互挤压紧密贴靠,各丝条间以胶粘剂粘合构成密实无空隙的板状、柱状体。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施实现:
所述木纤维束和/或竹纤维束的外径在0.1-30mm之间。
所述胶粘剂为适用于天然植物纤维及木质素的胶粘剂、活化剂。
本实用新型有以下积极有益的效果:
1.本产品是将木材、竹材等纤维材料加工成直径0.1-30mm的丝条即纤维束,然后将纤维束挤压胶粘重新结合,制成新型建筑板材、柱材。强度高,其内应力小,自然变形小。
2.本产品可利用不能作原材使用的树种、杂木以及直径较细不能在建筑业中使用的木材,将这些被淘汰木材加工成高质量、应用广的建筑材料,材料利用率高,变废为宝,还可降低成本。
3.本产品将在建筑业中使用面窄的竹材加工成板、柱,拓宽了竹材的使用范围,而且竹材的应用也降低了成本。
4.本产品可制成全木板、柱,全竹板、柱,竹、木混合板、柱,强度高,可锯、刨、钻、开榫,可加工工艺性好,在建筑业中的应用范围广。
5.本产品强度高,耐磨损,适合作为建筑内装修材料,特别适合制成厚度较薄的竹木地板,全木地板、全竹地板,全竹贴面板等,坚固耐用、外形美观。

实施时,所述胶粘剂为适用于天然植物纤维及木质素的胶粘剂,例如尿醛酸、酚醛酸,以及活化剂例如羟基活化剂。

1.一种平行纤维束结构集成材,由植物纤维束与胶粘剂复合而成,其特征在于:所述植物纤维束为木质和/或竹质,其复合结构是:多根木纤维束和/或竹纤维束的细长丝条纵向平行排列,相互挤压紧密贴靠,各丝条间以胶粘剂粘合构成密实无空隙的板状、柱状体。
2.如权利要求1所述的平行纤维束结构集成材,其特征在于:所述木纤维束和/或竹纤维束的外径在0.1-30mm之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的平行纤维束结构集成材,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为适用于天然植物纤维及木质素的胶粘剂、活化剂。
