Abstract

本实用新型属于太阳能热水器附件特别是集散热附件,即热管翅片。由外径不等的两段铜管缩径对接制成热管,其中细端与铜翅片压或焊接为吸热端,尾部封闭,粗端为散热端,尾部缩径形成抽真空口,管体内注入负压工质。该翅片集热效果好,传热快,管体本身不参与热水循环,水质好,水路不易堵塞,即可用于平板集热箱式热水器中,也可用于真空玻璃管热水器中。

本实用新型属于太阳能热水器附件特别是集散热附件。
目前太阳能热水器,特别是平板集热箱式热水器中的铜管翅片直接与水箱互通,其集热效果不很理想,特别是冬季使用效果较差,而且铜管本身参与热水循环,易结垢被杂物堵塞而影响水循环。
本实用新型目的是提供一种集热效果好,传热快的太阳能热水器全铜热管翅片。
本实用新型包括铜翅片和铜管,其特征是外径不等的两段铜管经缩径密封对接制成热管,其中外径较小一段与铜翅片紧密压或焊接形成吸热端,其尾端封闭,外径较大一段为散热端,尾端经缩径后形成抽真空口,管体内注入负压工质。
本实用新型优点:1、采用热管技术作为集热元件的核心,使其集热效果好,散热快,特别是采用大外径散热端,扩大了散热面积,使其传热更快,效果更好;2、热管本身不直接参与热水循环,使热水水质好,水路不易堵塞;3、抽真空口位于散热端尾部,即外径较大一段铜管两端同时编径,可减化工艺,降低成本,提高生产效率;4、该热管翅片即可用于平板集热箱式热水器中,也可将其插入集热玻璃管内,用于真空管热水器中。

如图1.2所示,该全铜热管翅片包括铜翅片1,和由外径不等的两段铜管经端径密封对接制成的热管2,其中外径较小一段与铜翅片紧密压接或焊接形成吸热端3,其尾端封闭,外径较大一段为散热端4。尾端经缩径后形成抽真空口5,管体内注入负压工质,如水或其它易汽化液体,通过其汽化进引热的传导。使用时将吸热端置入集热箱中,散热端置入储热水箱中。

1、一种太阳能热水器全铜热管翅片,包括铜翅片和铜管,其特征是外径不等的两段铜管经缩径密封对接制成热管,其中外径较小一段与铜翅片紧密压或焊接形成吸热端,其尾端封闭,外径较大一段为散热端,尾端经缩径后形成抽真空口,管体内注入负压工质。
