Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种U型管式太阳能集热管,包括外管和内管,内管的外表面涂覆有太阳能吸热膜,内管内沿轴向设置金属导热管,其管体上设有传热翅片,其特征在于前述金属导热管为铜铝复合管,外层为铝管,内层为铜管。本实用新型制作容易、导热性和抗腐蚀性能都很好。而且,由于其本身就相当于集热器,故在安装方式上将突破传统的太阳能热水器的安装模式,可以倒插、直插、平插,甚至可以与建筑结合做成圆弧形集热器。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种U型管式太阳能集热管。
背景技术
现有的普通全玻璃真空集热管,该内管的外表面涂覆有太阳能吸热膜,管内充有传热介质,一般是水,通过传热介质将太阳能吸收膜吸收的热能进行转换并传导给储热水箱内的水,使其温度上升。这种全玻璃真空集热管由于内管内充满的传热介质质量较多,可利用热水量减少,不但不能很快传热,而且在夜晚当外界温度低于传热介质内温度时,易造成热量散失。并且,热量输出末端温度低,极大地影响了太阳能热利用的应用。
为解决现有普通全玻璃真空集热管存在的上述问题,已有人设计出在内管内增设带传热翅片的金属导热管的U型管式集热管。前述金属导热管有两种:一种是由铜制的管体和铝制的传热翅片构成的金属导热管,这种金属导热管由于管体和传热翅片是分体制作的,传热翅片不能与管体紧密接触,因此不能很好地将热量传给管体:另一种是传热翅片和管体采用铝制一体化结构,虽然传热性能好,但由于铝的抗腐蚀性能很差,因此使用寿命不长,尤其是在水质差的环境下。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的就是上述现有技术存在的问题,为人们提供一种能提高热水利用率、热传导速度快的U型管式太阳能集热管。
本实用新型是在现有的U型真空集热管基础上进行了改进,其技术方案是:
一种U型管式太阳能集热管,包括外管和内管,内管的外表面涂覆有太阳能吸热膜,内管内沿轴向设置金属导热管,其管体上设有传热翅片,前述金属导热管为铜铝复合管。
前述金属导热管外层为铝管,内层为铜管。
前述金属导热管也可采用铝制管体,管体内壁复合有铜或其它导热性能好的耐高温的防腐材料如特氟龙等。
前述金属导热管由左右两根对称布置的管体组成,管体上的传热翅片与管体等长。
本实用新型制作容易、导热性和抗腐蚀性能都很好。而且,由于其本身就相当于集热器,故在安装方式上将突破传统的太阳能热水器的安装模式,可以倒插、直插、平插,甚至可以与建筑结合做成圆弧形集热器。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型包括外管1和内管2,内管2的外表面涂覆有太阳能吸热膜6,内管2内沿轴向设置金属导热管5。该金属导热管5由左右两根对称布置的管体组成,管体上对称分布有与管体等长的传热翅片3,该传热翅片3与金属导热管5的管体一体制作。为了便于成型同时又有较好的抗腐蚀性能,金属导热管5的管体可采用如下两种形式之一:
一是采用铝管和铜管复合的形式,外管为铝管,便于成型,内管为铜管,导热性能好;二是采用铝制管体,管体内壁复合铜或其他耐高温的防腐材料。
本实用新型的金属管导热管5用于走水,并与相邻集热管的金属导热管相通。内管2和金属导热管5之间的空间内充满空气,为防止热量泄漏,集热管的管口处设有与金属导热管的截面形状相适应的堵气圈4。

Claims (7)

1、一种U型管式太阳能集热管,包括外管和内管,内管的外表面涂覆有太阳能吸热膜,内管内沿轴向设置金属导热管,其管体上设有传热翅片,其特征在于前述金属导热管为铜铝复合管。
2、如权利要求1所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于所述的金属导热管外层为铝管,内层为铜管。
3、如权利要求1所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于所述的金属导热管采用铝制管体,管体内壁复合有铜。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于金属导热管由左右两根对称布置的管体组成。
5、如权利要求1或2或3所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于金属导热管管体上的传热翅片与管体等长。
6、如权利要求1或2或3所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于内管的管口处设有与金属导热管的截面形状相适应的堵气圈。
7、如权利要求1或2或3所述的U型管式太阳能集热管,其特征在于传热翅片与金属导热管是一体成形的。
