Abstract

一种以金属管1为外壳,高电阻电热合金丝2为热源,结晶氧化镁3为填充料,在所述金属管开口端装有密封材料8、绝缘子9及结线端子10的改进型管状电热元件,通过在所述管状电热元件一端内加装温度熔断器5,避免了因加热容器内失液而引起所述管状电热元件管体爆裂、失火、触电等不良后果。

Description

改进型管状电热元件
本实用新型涉及一种电热元件,尤其是涉及一种用于加热液体的改进型管状电热元件。
目前,管状电热元件的温度控制是靠电气自控,但加热容器内一旦失液,所述电热元件表面温度将急速升高,极易产生管体爆裂、失火、触电等不良后果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在管状电热元件一端内加装温度熔断器的改进型管状电热元件,这样,当加热容器内一旦失液,所述电热元件内温度熔断器立刻断路,且不再复位,这就克服了上述不良后果。
本实用新型以金属管为外壳,高电阻电热合金丝为热源,内接温度熔断器,以结晶氧化镁为填充料,配以结线端子组成。
通过在管状电热元件内加装温度熔断器,当加热容器失液时,所述温度熔断器因温度升高而断路,且不再复位,这就避免了所述电热元件管体爆裂、失火、触电等不良后果。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
参照图1,在金属管1内装有高电阻电热合金丝2,在所述金属管1与所述高电阻电热合金丝2之间填充有结晶氧化镁3,所述高电阻电热合金丝2在靠近结线端子10一端与导电棒11连接,在所述导电棒11与导电棒6之间装有温度熔断器5,所述温度熔断器5外,装有保护器外套4,所述导电棒11由所述保护器外套4固定,所述导电棒6由定位环7固定,在所述定位环7靠近结线端子10的一端金属管内装有密封材料8,所述金属管开口端装有绝缘子9,所述导电棒6穿过所述定位环7、密封材料8、绝缘子9与结线端子10连接。

Claims (3)

1、以金属管[1]为外壳,高电阻电热合金丝[2]为热源,结晶氧化镁[3]为填充料,在所述金属管开口端装有密封材料[8]、绝缘子[9]及结线端子[10]的改进型管状电热元件,其特征是在所述金属管[1]内装有与所述高电阻电热合金丝[2]连接的温度熔断器[5]。
2、按照权利要求1所述的改进型管状电热元件,其特征是所述温度熔断器[5]外装有保护器外套[4]。
3、按照权利要求2所述的改进型管状电热元件,其特征是在所述温度熔断器[5]两端接有导电棒[6、11],所述导电棒[11]有所述保护器外套[4]固定,所述导电棒[6]由定位环[7]固定,并穿过所述定位环[7]、密封材料[8]、绝缘子[9]与所述结线端子[10]连接。
