Abstract

一种新型花盆,它包括筒体状,花盆下方设有一底部,花盆上方形成一开口,并在该开口周缘设有一环幅缘,该环幅缘由形成花盆筒座的部分延伸而上呈环设的中空管状。该环幅缘中空管状,由形成花盆筒座的部分先形成向开口外周缘向上并向筒座中心弧弯出一顶面后,倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上。该环幅缘顶面倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上,与该筒座扣持部的内侧面用熔合胶固接。本实用新型是构造简单、具有坚固环缘供捧持的花盆。

Description

新型花盆
本实用新型涉及一种花盆结构的改进造,尤指一种构造简单、具有坚固环缘供捧持的花盆。
传统的花盆以陶土塑型并烧制而成,但由于其本身沉重及易碎的特性,加上无法大量的生产,逐渐有被塑胶制成的花盆取代的趋势;一般花盆上,无论陶干制成或塑胶制成,属于较大的花盆均在上方开口之外周缘形成外敞的幅缘,以利于用手捧持该幅缘来移动整个花盆;例如图1所示的花盆构造,其为一典型的塑胶制中、大型花盆的剖面构造示意,该花盆1除设有一开设泄水(透气)孔11的底部12外,上方形成一若大开口13,并在开口13外周缘形成外敞且略呈弧弯状的幅缘14;此种花盆1的构造相当普遍而惯用,但由于该幅缘14的构造常见于较大的花盆1中,亦即该幅缘14受捧持时,通常需承受相当沉重的花盆1内土壤和花、树的载重,则其常会发生捧持时的挠曲变形现象;有时因该花盆1为塑胶制成,故外敞的幅缘14上未适当整修的毛边极易伤人;最严重为塑胶在经由长期的浇水及风吹日晒下,风化至某一程度时,捧持幅缘14欲将花盆1捧起时,极易造成幅缘14受捧持处破裂断开的现象,前开现象主因在于该幅缘14过于薄弱而须需承受相当沉重的花盆内土壤和花、构载重的缘故。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单、具有坚固环缘供捧持的新型花盆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型花盆,它包括筒体状,花盆下方设有一底部,花盆上方形成一开口,并在该开口周缘设有一环幅缘,该环幅缘由形成花盆筒座的部分延伸而上呈环设的中空管状。
该环幅缘中空管状,由形成花盆筒座的部分先形成向开口外周缘向上并向筒座中心弧弯出一顶面后,倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上。
该环幅缘顶面倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上,与该筒座扣持部的内侧面用熔合胶固接。
本实用新型实施例由于在构造上相当简单,而确实可达成无常用可能因锋利毛边刮伤的顾虑,能提供整体幅缘具有较高的强度,可充分承受沉重的花盆内土壤和花、树载重;而风化至某一程度时,捧持整体幅缘,该幅缘会在受捧持处破裂断开的机可能比现有的产品小。
下面结合附图和具体实施方案,对本实用新型做进一步说明。

参见图2所示,本实用新型实施例的花盆2构造,大致形成筒体状,花盆2下方设有一较小圆面积的底部21,于该底部21上开有溢水孔22;花盆2上方形成一较底部21圆面积为大的开口22,并在该开口22周缘设有一环幅缘23;
该环幅缘23呈中空管状,由形成花盆2筒座24的部分延伸而上,先形成向开口22外周缘弧敞弯设的扣持部231,再自该扣持部231外周缘向上并向筒座24中心弧弯出一顶面232后,倒扣熔合胶固于筒座24近扣持部231的内侧面上,而形成该受封闭的中空区间233。
本实用新型在构造上具有以下优点:
1、该环幅缘23由形成花盆2筒座24的部分延伸而上,先形成向开口22外周缘弧敞弯设的扣持部231,再自该扣持部231外周缘向上并向筒座24中心弧弯,故当以手捧持该幅缘23的扣持部231时,具有滑顺易握的触感,无习用可能因锋利毛边刮伤的顾虑。
2、该扣持部231外周缘向上并向筒座24中心弧弯的部分,与倒扣熔合胶固于筒座24近扣持部231的内侧面上的部分,二者各成为幅缘23顶面232与扣持面231间之支撑肋体,因而提供整体幅缘23具有高的强度,可充分承受沉重的花盆内土壤和花、树载重,在捧持上坚固无顾。
3、本实用新型实施例在经由长期的浇水及风吹日晒下,会有影响的主要在幅缘23的顶面232处,对于顶面232下方承载力较大的扣持部231部分影响则较小,故即便顶面232风化至某一程度时,捧持整体幅缘23,该幅缘23会在受捧持处破裂断开的可能,这比现有的产品结构具有较高的寿命。
该环幅缘可由形成花盆筒座的部分延伸而上,先外弯形成顶面,再向开口外周缘略朝下弧敞,再向筒座中心弧弯出扣持部后,熔合胶固于筒座近扣持部侧面上,以形成受封闭的中空区间;但如此则熔合胶固于筒座外侧面处的痕迹明显,美观性差;故以如前所述,先形成向开口外周缘弧敞弯设的扣持部,再自该扣持部外周缘向上并向筒座中心弧弯出一顶面后,倒扣熔合胶固于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上,而形成该受封闭的中空区间为较佳。

Claims (3)

1、一种新型花盆,它包括筒体状,花盆下方设有一底部,花盆上方形成一开口,并在该开口周缘设有一环幅缘,其特征在于:该环幅缘由形成花盆筒座的部分延伸而上呈环设的中空管状。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型花盆,其特征在于:该环幅缘中空管状,由形成花盆筒座的部分先形成向开口外周缘向上并向筒座中心弧弯出一顶面后,倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上。
3、如权利要求1所述的新型花盆,其特征在于:该环幅缘顶面倒扣于筒座近扣持部的内侧面上,与该筒座扣持部的内侧面用熔合胶固接。
