Abstract
一种减振用深冲复合钢板,其特征在于:该复合钢板由表皮钢板或铝合金板中间夹共聚共混树脂层构成,表皮厚0.5~0.8mm,共聚共混树脂层厚0.02~0.08mm。本实用新型兼具优良的减振性及良好的加工性能。
Description
本实用新型涉及复合材料技术,特别提供了一种减振用深冲复合钢板。
薄钢板通常被用作汽车、家用电器及各种仪器的蒙皮材料,由于薄钢板内部吸振少,用薄钢板制成的部件当受到外力作用而发生振动时,吸振较少,有时甚至还能引起固有振动,容易产生振鸣和噪声,造成噪声污染,对所制成的产品会造成一定程度的损害,降低产品寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种减振用深冲复合钢板,其兼具优良的减振性及良好的加工性能。
本实用新型提供了一种减振用深冲复合钢板,其特征在于:该复合钢板由表皮钢板或铝合金板(1)中间夹共聚共混树脂层(2)构成,表皮(1)厚0.5~0.8mm,共聚共混树脂层(2)厚0.02~0.08mm。
本实用新型复合钢板的中间层树脂满足下述要求:(a)具有较高的剪切粘接强度(大于13~15MPa),(b)较高的损失系数(大于0.5~0.8),(c)加热固化时间要短(<5分钟)。本实用新型主要是利用下列原料聚合成共聚共混物,引进异腈酸酯基(NCO)及羟基(OH)使其与钢板产生交互作用,大幅度提高粘接强度从而具有实用性。其组分有三类:(1)聚酯(50~200份)/环氧树脂(10~100份)/PAPI(0~50份);(2)聚酯(50~200份)/环氧树脂(10~100份)/丁腈橡胶(0~50份)/PAPI(0~50份):(3)聚酯(50~200份)/增韧环氧树脂(10~100份)/PAPI(0~50份),所用原料均为工业品。由于本实用新型复合钢板是在两层钢板或铝合金板之间层压减振性能好的粘弹性树脂,依靠粘弹性树脂具有的较大的减振特性,复合钢板就具备了良好的减振性能。这里所说的复合钢板的表皮钢板是深冲薄钢板,如st14、st16、BIF2,因此该复合钢板还具有良好的加工成形性能。它主要用于汽车、家用电器,以降低它们的振动和噪声。
下面结合附图通过实施例详述本实用新型。

实施例
如图1所示,粘弹性树脂(2)夹在两片深冲薄钢板(1)之间,在100~200℃,0~10MPa压力下,热压0~5分钟就可制成复合钢板,该复合钢板的损耗因子在室温范围内大于0.05~0.08,一般认为复合钢板的损耗因子大于0.05,就可收到理想的减振效果。

1.一种减振用深冲复合钢板,其特征在于:该复合钢板由表皮钢板或铝合金板(1)中间夹共聚共混树脂层(2)构成,表皮(1)厚0.5~0.8mm,共聚共混树脂层(2)厚0.02~0.08mm。
