牙桩钉是口腔科根管治疗中必备器械。现有成品牙桩钉外形为螺纹钉,这种牙桩钉无切割刃,在牙本质中可形成较大内应力,存在牙冠修复后牙根折断的潜在危险因素。本实用新型提供的制有容屑槽的牙桩钉,由不锈钢材料制成,呈圆钉状,由钉体、螺纹组成,其特征在于钉体上制有容屑槽及切割刃,可较容易切割牙本质及有效地减少桩冠修复后牙根折断的潜在危险因素。

制有容屑槽的牙桩钉
本实用新型属于医疗器械。
桩钉是口腔科桩冠修复必备器械。目前成品的牙桩钉外形为螺纹钉，这种牙桩钉无切割刃，桩钉旋入根管时靠螺纹挤压牙本质而形成的螺纹固定，因此在牙本质中不可避免地形成较大的内应力，随牙桩钉旋进的越深，这个内应力将越大，形成在桩冠修复后牙根拆断的潜在危险因素。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有切割力大，较易切进牙本质，进一步减小由于根管内旋入螺纹而产生的内应力，有利于增加牙桩钉在根管内的固位力，并有容屑槽容纳切割下来的牙本质屑。
这种制有容屑槽的牙桩钉由不锈钢制成，呈园钉状，由钉体、螺纹组成，其特征在于钉体上制有容屑槽及切割刃。
附图1为本实用新型的结构示意图；图2为有容屑槽的牙桩钉体左视图。图中：1钉体，2螺纹，3容屑槽，4切割刃。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。选择医用不锈钢制成牙桩钉的钉体(1)，在钉体上制成螺纹(2)，在桩钉的钉体两侧对称地制成二道浅槽，槽长7-10mm，深度视桩钉直径而定，一般槽深不超过桩钉直径的15％，以深度占桩钉10-15％为宜，形成容屑槽(3)(如图1)。在磨制容屑槽时，使容屑槽的沿顺时针旋转方向的后缘尽量垂直桩钉的表面，形成切割刃(4)(如图2)。
这种制有容屑槽的牙桩钉，由于钉体上制成容屑槽及切割刃，可较容易切割牙本质，并进一步减小由于根管内旋入螺纹钉而产生的内应力，有利于增加牙桩钉在根管内的固位力，减少桩冠修复后牙根折断的潜在危险因素。
