一种炮用灭火弹,包括带有尾翼的弹体及组装其上的弹头引信和发射点火器,其中弹体内有灭火剂和抛撒灭火剂的抛射装置。它结构简单、容易操作,使用安全可靠,灭火迅速,有效解决了远距离灭火的难题,从根本上避免了火灾对人体的伤害,最大限度地减少火灾造成的损失。

Description

炮用灭火弹
本实用新型涉及一种用于远距离灭火的装置,特别是一种火炮发射用的灭火弹,适用于森林灭火、油田灭火、高层建筑灭火或其它人体不易接近的远距离灭火场所,同时也拓宽了军事装备的民用功能。
目前,由于一些起火场所,火势较猛,人体不能靠近,无法迅速灭火,给国家财产造成很大损失。如森林、油田或高层建筑等人体不易接近的灭火场所等,受灭火消防设备的限制无法及时扑救,同时也易给灭火人员带来意外伤害。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种炮用灭火弹,它结构简单、容易操作,使用安全可靠,灭火迅速,有效解决了现有技术中远距离灭火的难题,从根本上避免了火灾对人体的伤害,最大限度地减少火灾造成的损失。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置包括带有尾翼的弹体及组装其上的弹头引信和发射点火器,其中弹体内有灭火剂和抛撒灭火剂的抛射装置。
由于本实用新型是在现有火炮发射用的炮弹结构基础上改进的,所以其引爆技术和抛射原理与火炮炮弹相同,弹道特性基本无变化,从而保证灭火弹的射击精度和射击密集度,满足远距离灭火精度的要求。因可利用现有火炮发射,故该装置结构简单、容易操作,也拓宽了军事装备的民用功能,充分发挥军事装备在灭火中的突击作用,实施远距离灭火,从根本上避免了火灾对人体的伤害,最大限度地减少火灾造成的损失。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的一种具体结构示意图。
根据图1详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。该装置基本采用现有火炮发射用的炮弹结构,它包括带有尾翼7的弹体2、引信1、发射点火器6、灭火剂3、抛射装置4等件。其中弹体2可采用薄壁金属材料,也可采用非金属材料制成。组装在弹体2前部的弹头引信1可用接触式引信或非接触式感应引信,视火灾现场的需要确定。一般以非接触式的感应引信为宜,如压电陶瓷引信、无线电感应近炸引信等,均能准确控制灭火弹引爆抛撒灭火剂3的最佳位置和在瞬间完成灭火作业。装填在弹体2内的灭火剂3采用消防部门认定的干粉,如碳酸二氮铵等,灭火剂3的抛射装置4利用与引信1相连接的引爆器和火药构成。当通过引信1引燃抛射装置4,其火药瞬间产生的气体压力将灭火剂3从弹体2内迅速抛至火区,形成空气隔离层,达到远离火区灭火目的。
使用时,该灭火弹可配用现有军事装备的迫击炮和无座力炮。根据灭火距离的要求,可在弹体的尾翼7前加设不同数量的发射药包5,以调整灭火弹射程。发射灭火弹时,利用炮弹下落的重力或击发装置的打击力,使发射点火器6发火,点燃发射药包5,将灭火弹射出炮膛,利用弹体2尾部的尾翼7保持其飞行的稳定性,弹体2进入火区的设定位置,引信1发生作用,引燃抛射装置4,使灭火剂3迅速抛向火区,实现远距离灭火。若采用多炮齐射发射灭火弹,灭火效果更加显著。

1、一种炮用灭火弹,包括带有尾翼的弹体及组装其上的弹头引信和发射点火器,其特征是弹体内有灭火剂和抛撒灭火剂的抛射装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灭火弹,其特征是弹头引信为接触式引信或非接触式感应引信。
