Abstract

本实用新型涉及交通指挥领域用发光二极管红绿交通信号灯,在灯箱与灯罩间设有橡胶圈将透光玻璃固定,灯箱的后面通过联接螺栓固定装有发光二极管和电阻的电路板,在发光二极管与透光玻璃间装有反光板。由于采用了发光二极管取代了传统的钨丝卤素灯作为红绿交通信号灯的光源,使其原有的六个月寿命而延长十年之久,减少了维修所需的人力物力;除此之外发光二极管只需十几瓦的耗电量便可达到五十瓦耗电量的钨丝信号灯的亮度,有效地节约了能源。

本实用新型涉及交通指挥领域用发光二极管红绿交通信号灯。
目前,世界各国的红绿交通信号灯大都采用钨丝卤素灯作为光源,这种灯的使用寿命短、耗电量大、维修使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有技术中的不足,向人们提供一种采用发光二极管作为光源的红绿交通信号灯,较好地解决了寿命、耗电、维修等诸多的技术难题。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:发光二极管红绿交通信号灯的灯箱与灯罩间设有橡胶圈将透光玻璃固定,在灯箱的后面通过联接螺栓固定装有发光二极管和电阻的电路板,在发光二极管与透光玻璃间装有反光板。当发光二极管红绿交通信号灯工作时,从发光二极管发出的光源由反光板反射到透光玻璃然后射出。
本实用新型由于采用了发光二极管取代了传统的钨丝卤素灯作为红绿交通信号灯的光源,使其原有的六个月寿命而延长十年之久,这就大大的减少了维修所需的人力物力;除此之外发光二极管只需十几瓦的耗电量便可达到五十瓦耗电量的钨丝信号灯的亮度,有效地节约了能源。具有构思新颖独特、工艺简单易行、成本低、生产效率高的特点。

参照图1,灯箱4与灯罩1间设有橡胶圈3将透光玻璃2固定,在灯箱4的后面通过联接螺栓5固定装有发光二极管8和电阻9的电路板7,在发光二极管8与透光玻璃2间装有反光板6。

1、一种发光二极管红绿交通信号灯,其特征在于:灯箱4与灯罩1间设有橡胶圈3将透光玻璃2固定、在灯箱4的后面通过联接螺栓5固定装有发光二极管8、电阻9的电路板7,在发光二极管8与透光玻璃2间装有反光板6。
