本实用新型涉及一种多级水泵的导叶。
目前,多级水泵的叶轮都装有导叶,其形状根据需要设计,采用工程塑料制成。随着水泵工作压力的增大,导叶容易变形,影响了使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能承受更高压力不易变形的导叶。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种水泵的导叶,特点在于包括导叶外壳与衬板,衬板嵌在导叶外壳非导流面内侧,导叶外壳为塑料,衬板为金属板材。
本实用新型由于采用包含衬板的结构,衬板强度比原有工程塑料要好,因而该种导叶具有强度高不易变形的特点。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:

本实用新型的导叶跟原有导叶的形状一致,不改变原有导叶的外形,其特点在于该导叶包括导叶外壳1与衬板2,而原导叶全部采用工程塑料制成,而本实用新型的导叶外壳1采用工程塑料制成,如ABS塑料,而衬板2则采用金属板材制成,如20号冷轧板。衬板与导叶外壳压注成一体,由于冷扎板的抗压强度高于ABS塑料,因此本实用新型具有不易变形使用寿命长的特点。
