Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种激光掩模扫描器的结构:在底板上一面安电机支架,一面安支架;电机支架上安电机,皮带轮;支架上装皮带轮,在支架中间装有多面体旋转扫描系统,在其下方装有掩模板、成像透镜。本实用新型可以在产品上打印较多的文字或图案,且清晰、可见。本实用新型可应用于所有的激光打标机。

Description

激光掩模扫描器
本实用新型涉及激光打标机和激光扫描测量系统的单元技术。
已有的激光打标机,是对掩模板进行一次曝光,但当所要标记的内容较多,较大时,往往标印标记不清楚。如果要使标记清楚,就要成倍地提高激光能量密度,同时设备的成本和技术难度也要成倍增大,有时甚至无法实现。
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种可以用较低的激光能量,在产品的较大面积上,打印出内容多且清晰的标记。
下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细说明。
附图1是本实用新型的结构图,图中:
1、底板;2、11、皮带轮;3、电机支架;4、电机;5、传动带;6、多面体旋转扫描系统;7、支架;8、掩模板;9、成像透镜;10、光电定位控制系统;12、扫描镜。
本实用新型的结构如附图1所示:在底板(1)上的左面安有电机支架(3),右面安有支架(7);在电机支架(3)的一边安有电机(4),另一边安有皮带轮(2);在支架(7)的外侧安有皮带轮(11),在支架(7)的中间与皮带轮(11)同轴装有多面体旋转扫描系统(6),在其下方装有掩模板(8),以在掩模板(8)的下方装有成像透镜(9);光学定位控制系统(10)装在底板(1)内。
本实用新型的多面体旋转扫系统(6),是带有多个凸齿的可旋转体,在每个凸齿上都有凹槽,在每个凹槽内装有扫描镜(12);扫描镜(12)与凹槽的底平面成45°。
打标前,首先将要标记在产品上的字或图形刻在掩模板(8)上,将其放在成像透镜(9)的上方。本实用新型工作时,电机(4)带动皮带轮(2),并通过传动带(5)带动皮带轮(11);皮带轮(11)带动多面体旋转扫描系统(6),将照射来的激光每次只照射掩模板(8)的一小部分,逐步照全,最后将掩横板(8)上的字或图形全部打印在产品上。
本实用新型充分利用了激光器能够高重复频率输出的特点,使激光束自动扫描掩横板上的内容,这样就可以用较低的激光能量在产品上打出大面积的标记,而不需要提高激光器的能量。
本实用新型不仅降低了激光器系统和激光电源的成本,而且还解决了高能量激光打标的难题,使激光打标机的打标度量往前进了一大步,因此有极广阔的应用前景。

Claims (3)

1.一种激光掩横扫描器,其特征是,在底板(1)上的左面安有电机支架(3),右面安有支架(7);在电机支架(3)的一边安有电机(4),另一边安有皮带轮(2);在支架(7)的外侧安有皮带轮(11),在支架(7)的中间与皮带轮(11)同轴装有多面体旋转扫描系统(6),在其下方装有掩横板(8),在掩横板(8)下方装有成像透镜(9);光学定位控制系统(10)装在底板(1)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的扫描器,其特征是,所述多面体旋转扫描系统(6)是带有多个凸齿的可旋转体,在每个凸齿上都有凹槽,在每个凹槽内部装有扫描镜(12)。
3.如权利要求2所述的扫描器,其特征是所述扫描镜(12)与凹槽的底平面成45°。
