本实用新型涉及振动器，特别是FH90型悬浮式空心板成型机最关键部件一悬浮式振动器。
以往振动器由于结构不甚至合理，或是影响振捣质量，或是造成物料损坏，亟待改进。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种由大横梁等刚性框架固定弹性件及振动板的悬浮式振动器，对物料进行振捣密实和成型，满足其使用要求。
悬浮式振动器，包括压板1，振动板6和弹性件8等，其特征在于大横梁3上置支架2和压板1，压板1下面固定有弹性件8和小横梁9，弹性件8下置振动板6，振动板6上面有振动器5。由大横梁，支架和压板组成的刚性框，连接着由薄垫、厚垫、弹性件和小横梁组成的悬浮式弹性系统，吊挂着振动板及振动器，这样振动器开动后，在偏心激振力作用下，振动板对物料进行振捣使物料密实成型。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，制作容易，使用方便，振捣密实效果好，成型快，是FH90型浮式空心板成型机最关键最主要部件。
本实用新型附图为结构示意图，其中压板1，支架2，大横梁3，厚垫4，振动器5，振动板6，薄垫7，弹性件8，小横梁9。

1．一种悬浮式振动器，包括压板1，振动板6和弹性件8等，其特征在于大横梁3上置支架2和压板1，压板1下面固定有弹性件8和小横梁9，弹性件8下置振动板6，振动板6上面有振动器5。
