剪切式振动器
本实用新型涉及振动器，特别是悬浮式空心墙板成型机剪切式振动器。
众所周知，振动器是振捣物料必要器具，振动频率、弹性，决定着物料振动效果的好坏，现有技术中的通用振动器难以满足空心板成型机的需要。
本实用新型的目的：是提供一种大横梁内吊挂拉杆上置弹性元件，下置振动板的剪切式振动器，对空心板物料实现良好的振动。
剪切式振动器，包括振动板1、吊挂拉杆4和弹性元件6等，其特征在于穿过小横梁3的吊挂拉杆4上置弹性元件6，下置振动板1，弹性元件6被固定在杯形套5内。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，充分利用了弹性元件的剪切变形，提高了振动效果，是松散物料振动密实的理想设备，宜于普及推广。
本实用新型附图为结构示意图。其中振动板1，大横梁2，小横梁3，吊挂拉杆4，杯形套5，弹性元件6，连接板7。
结合本附图：由大横梁，小横梁组成的刚性框等，牢固地固定在大底梁上，振动电机安装在振动板上，用四个吊挂拉杆吊起振动板，在吊挂拉杆上设置了弹性元件，该件在小横梁上的杯形套与拉杆连接板之间，振动板在振动电机激振动器的作用下，使弹性元件产生剪切变形，从而使振动板产生振动，对松散物料产生拍击并振动密实。

1．一种剪切式振动器，包括振动板1，吊挂拉杆4和弹性元件6等，其特征在于穿过小横梁3的吊挂拉杆4上置弹性元件6，下置振动板1，弹性元件6被固定在杯形套5内。
