本实用新型是一种电冰箱的箱体结构,它由外壳层、隔热层和内胆层构成,关键是在内胆层表面还有抗菌层,该抗菌层中含有杀菌剂,可对冰箱内部长效杀菌,达到保鲜目的。

抗菌电冰箱箱体
本实用新型涉及一种电冰箱的箱体结构，特别是具有抗菌功能的电冰箱箱体。
冰箱内部特别是冷藏室内部由于长时间存放食物，经常会滋生细菌而污染食物。因而在使用状态下对冰箱内部消毒灭菌成为十分迫切的任务。目前见诸报道的主要是化学吸附杀菌，即在冰箱内放置化学吸附剂，通过吸附杀菌。还有用紫外线灯光和臭氧灭菌的冰箱(如CN2052879U、CN2222883Y)，这种结构需另外配置控制线路和强迫气体循环的风力机构，会增加成本而且结构复杂。
本实用新型目的是设计一种可用于冰箱冷藏室或冷冻室长效抗菌的电冰箱箱体的结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用在现有冰箱箱体内胆层表面增加抗菌层的方法。这样，其结构则包括外壳层、隔热层和内但层，隔热层被外壳层和内胆层夹在中间，在内胆层表面有抗菌层。
本实用新型优点是内胆层表面的抗菌层具有长效抗菌作用，此种箱体在冰箱上应用后，可使冰箱成为长效抗菌冰箱，基本上不增加制造成本。

实施例：外壳层1一般用金属板如钢板，表面需经外观美化处理，隔热层2采用聚氨酯泡沫，内胆层3采用高抗冲聚苯乙烯复合板材(BASF2712)，隔热层2填充在外壳层和内胆层之间，在内胆层3表面是抗菌层4，抗菌层4可由光亮剂(如GPPS)中加入抗菌剂(英国ZENECA公司生产的DS5963和DS5906)形成薄膜，这样使冰箱内胆既具有光亮美观的外观，又其有长效杀菌效果。

  1. 一种电冰箱箱体，包括外壳层(1)、隔热层(2)、内胆层(3)、隔热层(2)被外壳层(1)和内胆层(3)夹在中间，其特征是在内胆层(3)表面有抗菌层(4)。
