Abstract

三曲线机翼式风量测量装置。测量机翼半边的外形是由三段不同曲率半径的弧和一段直线构成,机翼的头部顶点起由R1和R2两个不同的曲率半径的弧构成,机翼的身部的曲率半径为R3,R3>R2>R1,机翼尾部为直线。本实用新型模仿飞机机翼的三曲线型制成测量机翼,在机翼的驻点和弦点之间取出差压信号,取出的信号具有差压大、精度高、反应灵敏、稳定性好、阻力损失小等优点。

三曲线机翼式风量测量装置
本实用新型涉及锅炉风道风量测量装置。
现有的机翼式风量测量装置,采用圆柱翼头加直板翼身结构,不完全条符合流体力学原理,产生的压差信号不稳定,测量精度低,而且阻力损失较大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种测量效果好的机翼式风量测量装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过附图所示的技术方案实现的,包括一个测量风道1和固定在风道内的测量机翼2,测量机翼半边的外形是由三段不同曲率半径的弧和一段直线构成,机翼的头部顶点起由R1(a段)和R2(b段)两个不同的曲率半径的弧构成,机翼的身部的曲率半径为R3(c段),R3>R2>R1,机翼尾部为直线。
本实用新型根据流体力学和空气动力学原理,模仿飞机机翼的三曲线型制成测量机翼,在机翼的驻点和弦点之间取出差压信号,取出的信号具有差压大、精度高、反应灵敏、稳定性好、阻力损失小等优点,差压可达1000Pa,测量精度达±2%。

实施例
测量装置由厚3毫米A3板制成,风量尺寸宽2400毫米,高3000毫米,长2400毫米,机翼头部曲率半径R1为344毫米,R2为1032毫米,翼身曲率半径R3为2752毫米。差压取样管3安置在机翼的头部顶点和翼身的前部。
