Abstract

圆形风道机翼式风量测量装置。在圆形风道中镶嵌一个内切正方形通道,正方形通道内固定机翼,正方形通道的前端和后端四边与圆形通道间由曲面的前导流板和后导流板封闭。本实用新型的结构保证了测量通道为喇叭口形状,曲面的前后导流板使测量通道内不会产生紊流,使输出的附加差压信号与风速间保持良好的稳定性的函数关系,提高了测量精度,同时阻力损失小,节省能源。

Description

圆形风道机翼式风量测量装置
本实用新型涉及锅炉风道风量测量装置。
以往,机翼式风量测量装置通常用于方形风道,而对于圆形风道如何设置机翼式装置一直没有很好的解决。机翼式风量测量装置设计的一个根本问题是测量通道应该是一个喇叭口。在喇叭口的喉部流体加速而又不产生紊流,并在机翼内表面产生附加压差,附加压差与气体流速间有一定的函数关系,从而可测算出风量。目前的一些圆形风道机翼式测量装置的设计,忽视了上述根本问题,一种是在圆形风道中插入一个十字形机翼,另一种是在圆形风道内装一个全机翼并在风道侧面固定两个半机翼。这两种方式风道中形成的测量通道形状无法避免形成紊流,破坏了附加压差与流速间应有的函数关系,影响了测量精度和稳定性。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆形风道机翼式风量测量装置,以解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过附图所示的技术方案实现的,在圆形风道1中镶嵌一个内切正方形通道3,正方形通道内中部固定一个测量机翼,两侧各固定半个机翼,正方形通道的前端和后端四边与圆形通道闸由曲面的前导流板5和后导流板2封闭。
本实用新型的结构保证了测量通道为喇叭口形状,曲面的前后导流板使测量通道内不会产生紊流,使输出的差压信号与风速间保持良好的稳定性的函数关系,提高了测量精度,同时阻力损失小,节省能源。

实施例
圆形风道直径480毫米,长900毫米,内切正方形通道边长332毫米,在中部的机翼前端固定一个差压取样管4,在机翼前端两侧各固定一个差压取样管。

1、一种圆形风道机翼式风量测量装置,其特征在于在圆形风道中镶嵌一个内切正方形通道,正方形通道内中部固定一个测量机翼,两侧各固定半个机翼,正方形通道的前端和后端四边与圆形通道间由曲面的前导流板和后导流板封闭。
