Abstract

本实用新型提供一种改进的光管支架,包括支架盖板、加强筋、支架槽主体及其端盖组成,其特征是:位于支架槽主体两侧相对应面上设有若干个扣孔,同时位于加强筋的两侧对应的面上设有与支架槽扣合使用的扣舌,端盖的两侧接脚以及端盖底部的接脚分别设有与支架槽扣合使用的扣舌。上述所说的支架是在现有技术的基础上,将原采用点焊固定方式,改进为直接扣合的方式固定。达到了节省设备,节约能源,提高工作效率,改善工作环境的目的。

光管支架
本实用新型涉及电器安装装置，特别是一种光管安装支架。
照明装置中，由于气体放电电灯都需要支架支撑才能正常使用。而金属支架的组装，目前市场上大部分光管支架全部都是采用点焊的形式固定加强筋、端盖以及灯座脚等部件。采用点焊固定方法，一方面需用点焊设备，投资大，且会消耗大量能源。另一方面是在实际操作中质量难以控制，生产效率也低，特别是点焊时所产生的高温会导致环境污染，对人体健康不利。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，操作方便，即节省设备，节约能源，同时又能提高生产效率，改善工作环境的一种改进的光管支架。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方案实现的：该支架由支架盖板、加强筋、支架槽主体、端盖等构成。其中位于支架槽的两侧边缘相对的面上设有若干个扣孔，同时位于加强筋的两侧边相对的两个面上设有若干个与支架槽扣合使用的扣舌，而端盖的两端连接脚处以及端盖底部的接脚处也分别设有可与支架槽扣合使用的扣舌。
本实用新型与现有技术比：由于不需要点焊设备，可直接固定支架的加强筋及端盖，不仅节省设备，节约了能源，同时可以保证产品质量，达到提高生产效率的目的。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以说明。
图1为本实用新型的结构安装示意图。
如图1所示：该支架包括盖板固定螺丝1、支架盖板2、加强筋3、支架槽主体4、端盖5、支架槽扣孔6、加强筋扣舌7、端盖两侧扣舌8、端盖导向扣舌9构成。上述构成的支架是在现有技术的基础上，为达到节省设备，提高工作效率的目的，将原采用点焊的固定方式，改进为直接扣合的方式固定。所采用的具体实施方案是在支架槽4的两侧边缘相对应的两个面上及底部两端冲出若干个扣孔6，同时在加强筋3的两侧端头，端盖5的两侧连接脚处以及端盖底部的接脚处分别冲出与支架槽相扣合使用的扣舌8和9。这样通过各扣孔及其扣舌的相互配合，便完成了整个简单的实施操作过程。

1、一种光管支架，包括支架盖板(2)、加强筋(3)、支架槽主体(4)、端盖(5)组成，其特征在于：位于支架槽主体(4)的两侧边缘相对应的面上设有若干个扣孔(6)，同时位于加强筋(3)的两侧边相对应的面上设有与支架槽扣合使用的扣舌(7)，端盖(5)的两侧的接脚以及端盖底部的接脚也分别设有与支架槽(4)扣合使用的扣舌(8)、(9)。
