一种在建筑面层下形成空隙的塑料模板
本实用新型为一种塑料模板,属于一种建筑材料,是放在建筑面层下的定型模板,可以在建筑面层下形成一个纵横贯通的空隙层。
目前的建筑物为了达到排水、隔热、穿线等需要,通常采用架空板、机房拆卸式地板、双层隔墙、隔热屋面板等多种建筑构造措施,目的是在建筑面层下形成空隙层。但是这些措施存在施工麻烦、厚度较大,会影响室内空间的缺点。
本实用新型的目的就在于公开一种定型塑料模板,将其作为建筑物在平、侧面层下的底模。使成型后的建筑面层既能均匀传力,达到强度要求,又在结构层与面层之间形成空隙层,以满足建筑的需要。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在塑料薄片上,热压加工出规则排列的柱孔,柱孔的高度、孔径、行距、列距是根据下部空隙层的需要和整体刚度而确定,在模板的平面上的同时加工出凹槽,既可提高模板自身平面刚度,又可加强模板与面层材料的联接牢度。柱孔上口是圆弧型,孔与孔之间形成穹形联接,使成型后的整体面层传力合理。
当本实用新型应用于厨房、卫生间地坪时,可让地面水从空隙层中排流,使地面不打滑;当应用于电化室、实验室、展厅、办公楼时,再配些地坪接线盒、插座,可在地坪夹层中任意穿电线而不影响地表面使用;当用于墙面内衬时,先用钢钉将塑料模板与墙体固定,再做粉刷面层,可达到保温、隔热、防潮作用;当用于屋顶时,可以隔热和保护屋面防水层;还可用于地下室排水、屋面花园等等用途。
下面结合附图进一步阐述本实用新型的具体实施。

从图1平面示意图可以看出:在塑料薄片上经热压加工出规则排列的一个个柱孔1和凹槽2,柱孔内将填满面层材料作为传力支点,柱孔外是空隙层,而凹槽可以提高模板平面刚度及模板与面层材料的联接牢度;从图2剖面示意图可以看出:柱孔上口是圆弧型3,柱孔之间呈穹形联接,使整体面层传力合理;在图3建筑构造剖视图上可以看到:在建筑面层与结构层之间由本实用新型形成纵横贯通的空隙层4,可满足建筑的需要,同时面层支点均匀,传力合理,整体刚度好。

2、如权利要求1所述的塑料模板,其特征是:柱孔上口与平面转角部位呈圆弧型。
