Abstract
本实用新型涉及不带引入介质的扩张器,尤其是一种由导管管体、开口、管孔组成的输尿管扩张管,由于在导管开口端设有扩张囊,在导管插入输尿管后,利用扩张囊扩张狭窄的输尿管,同时嵌顿在输尿管中的结石也会随扩张后的输尿管移动进入膀胱后经尿道排出,所以具有插管容易、操作简便、输尿管粘膜不易损伤、取石方便的优点,可广泛应用于临床。

本实用新型涉及不带引入介质的扩张器，尤其是一种由导管管体、开口、管孔组成的输尿管扩张管。
众所周知，现在临床上配合膀胱镜扩张狭窄输尿管及从输尿管中取出结石的器械，分别为：一是丝状头输尿管，其包括丝状头、导管。使用时，将导管插入输尿管狭窄处，打开丝状头来扩张输尿管，其存在操作不方便的缺点；二是输尿管摘石蓝，其包括丝状头、摘石蓝、操作柄。使用时，将丝状头和摘石蓝部分插入输尿管，越过结石，再将摘石蓝展开，将结石套入摘石蓝后拉出，其存在插管困难、不易操作、易拉伤输尿管粘膜的缺点；三是套石管，包括导管、丝线。使用时，将导管越过结石后拉紧丝线，使导管形成圈套，套住结石后拉出，同时也可利用形成的导管圈套，扩张输尿管狭窄处，其存在导管不易弯曲、易折断、操作麻烦等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种插管容易、操作简便、输尿管粘膜不易损伤、取石方便的输尿管扩张管。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型由导管管体、开口、管孔组成，其特征是：在导管开口端设有扩张囊，扩张囊经开口与导管管孔相连通。
本实用新型由于在导管开口端设有扩张囊，在导管插入输尿管后，利用扩张囊扩张狭窄的输尿管，同时嵌顿在输尿管中的结石也会随扩张后的输尿管移动进入膀胱后经尿道排出，所以具有插管容易、操作简便、输尿管粘膜不易损伤、取石方便的优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步的说明：如附图所示，输尿管管体(1)与现有技术相同，在导管开口端设有由可膨胀材料制成的扩张囊(4)，扩张囊(4)经开口(2)与导管管孔(3)相连通。使用时，配合膀胱镜将扩张管的扩张囊部位插到输尿管狭窄处，经管孔注入一定量的空气或生理盐水，使扩张囊扩张，从而使输尿管狭窄处局部扩张，起到治疗作用；在取结石时，配合膀胱镜，将扩张管插入嵌顿有结石的输尿管中，当扩张囊(4)的端部探触到结石时，经位于体外的管孔(3)注入一定量的空气或生理盐水，使扩张囊(4)膨胀，来扩张输尿管，结石随扩张后的输尿管移动进入膀胱后经尿道排出，所以本实用新型具有插管容易、操作简便、输尿管粘膜不易损伤、取石方便的优点。
