Abstract

本实用新型涉及扬声器的一种导磁柱和导磁板,主要指电动式(又称动圈式,下同)扬声器中的导磁柱和导磁板。取消导磁柱和导磁板,由一个内磁环和一个外磁环直接传导磁力并构成扬声器的(N.S)极磁隙,则可消除导磁柱和导磁板的磁力分散和传导损耗的缺陷,改善音响效果并降低生产成本。

无导磁柱和导磁板的扬声器
本实用新型涉及扬声器的一种导磁柱和导磁板,主要指电动式扬声器中的导磁柱和导磁板。
目前,在商品化的电动式扬声器中(供调制音圈)的磁隙,都是使用钢铁金属的导磁柱和导磁板构成导磁结构,以传导N,S极磁力而形成(N,S)极磁隙,由于导磁结构下台理,引起磁力分散和传导损耗,导致磁力强度的降低并引起音质、动态的劣化等缺陷,亦是迄今无法消除的缺陷。
本实用新型就是针对上述缺陷,提供内磁环和外磁环,构成可消除磁力损耗的导磁结构,亦即构成无导磁柱和导磁板的扬声器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种无导磁柱和导磁板的扬声器的导磁结构由一个内磁环和一个外磁环组成,其特征是:由内磁环的环外一侧传导提供N磁极、再由外磁环的环内一侧传导提供S磁极,从而直接构成(N,S)极磁隙。
由于采用上述方案,则可消除磁力分散和传导损耗的缺陷,改善音响效果,同时,还可降低生产成本。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型进一步说明:

图中:1内磁环、2外磁环、3磁隙、4音圈、5磁环外罩、6振膜。
磁环1和磁环2都是按径向充磁,即:磁环的环内一侧为一磁极(如S极)、磁环的环外一侧为另一磁极(如N极);根据电声转换原理,本实用新型中磁环1和磁环2的充磁极性方向应如图1和图2所示。
将磁环1和磁环2粘结装设在磁环外罩5内,使之构成磁隙3,当将音圈4悬置于磁隙3内、并有音频电流通过音圈4时,该音圈4就会振动并使振膜6振动发声。由于磁隙3是由磁体(磁环1和磁环2)直接构成,不存在导磁柱和导磁板的磁力分散和传导损耗。因此,磁隙3的磁力强度必然会成倍增加,从而消除音质、动态劣化等缺陷,改善音响效果。同时,还可降低生产成本。

1、一种无导磁柱和导磁板的扬声器的导磁结构由一个内磁环和一个外磁环直接构成,其特征是:由内磁环的环外一侧传导提供N磁极、再由外磁环的环内一侧传导提供S磁极,从而直接构成(N,S)极磁隙。
