Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种宽频带同轴扬声器,由与磁钢相连的T铁、上导磁板及与上导磁板相连的盆架组成磁路支撑系统,在盆架上装有低音振动组件,它们是低音振膜、低音悬挂边、低音音圈、低音定位支片。在T铁芯柱上安装高音振动组件,连接方式为T铁芯柱固定有高音悬挂器件,一体化高音音圈振膜连接在高音悬挂器件的外沿,高音音圈和低音音圈置于同一磁隙中,高音引线通过T铁芯柱中孔连接到固定于T铁上的高音接线端子。

宽频带同轴扬声器
本实用新形涉及一种扬声器。
目前各类音响设备所用扬声器,绝大部分是电动式扬声器,由磁路系统、振动系统、支撑系统组成,且均为单一频段的扬声器,频带宽度相对较窄。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种宽频带同轴扬声器,并通过高低音两系统的有机组合达到减小互调失真、完全可闻域放音之目的。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:由与磁钢相连的T铁、上导磁板及与上导磁板相连的盆架组成磁路支撑系统,在盆架上装有低音振动组件,它们是低音振膜、低音悬挂边、低音音圈、低音定位支片。在T铁芯柱上安装高音振动组件,连接方式为T铁芯柱固定有高音悬挂器件,一体化高音音圈振膜连接在高音悬挂器件的外沿上,高音音圈和低音音圈置于同一磁隙中,高音引线通过T铁芯柱中孔与固定在T铁上的高音接线端子相连。低音振膜与低音音圈组成号角形结构,使得高音振膜恰好处在低音号角的喉部,高音发出的声音经过上述号角结构形式的低音系统向外辐射。

附图是宽频带同轴扬声器的剖面图。
附图中磁钢③和上导磁板②、T铁④组成磁路系统,上导磁板②、T铁④在其芯柱上部形成磁间隙。其特征是:低音振膜与低音音圈⑤形成号角形结构,经过低音悬挂边及低音定位支片⑩与盆架①相连,使低音音圈⑤悬置于磁隙中;在T铁④的芯柱上装有高音振动组件,一体化高音音圈振膜⑧,通过高音悬挂器件⑦连接于T铁④的芯柱上,并使高音音圈悬置于低音音圈之内的磁隙中,高音引线通过T铁④的芯柱中孔⑥与固定于T铁④之上的高音接线端子⑨相连。
低音振膜与低音音圈⑤组成号角形结构,使得高音振膜⑧恰好处在低音号角的喉部,高音发出的声音经过上述号角结构形式的低音系统向外辐射。
高音振动组件⑧为一体化高音音圈振膜,其悬挂于高音悬挂器件⑦的外沿并由悬挂器件⑦连接于T铁④的芯柱上,高音音圈与低音音圈相嵌套共同悬置于磁隙中,且在振动发声时高音振膜音圈⑧、低音音圈⑤、上导磁板②、T铁④之间不产生相互磨擦。

Claims (3)

1、一种宽频带同轴扬声器,由磁钢③和上导磁板②、T铁④组成磁路系统,在盆架①上装有低音振膜组件,其特征是:低音振膜与低音音圈⑤形成号角形结构,经过低音悬挂边及低音定位支片⑩与盆架①相连,使低音音圈⑤悬置于磁隙中;在T铁④的芯柱上装有高音振动组件,一体化高音音圈振膜⑧,通过高音悬挂器件⑦连接于T铁④的芯柱上,并使高音音圈悬置于低音音圈之内的磁隙中,高音引线通过T铁④的芯柱中孔⑥与固定于T铁④之上的高音接线端子⑨相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的宽频带同轴扬声器,其特征还在于低音振膜与低音音圈⑤组成号角形结构,使得高音振膜⑧恰好处在低音号角的喉部,高音发出的声音经过上述号角结构形式的低音系统向外辐射。
3、根据权利要求1、权利要求2所述的宽频带同轴扬声器,其特征还在于高音振动组件为一体化高音音圈振膜。
