预应力钢绞线力学试验夹具,将右夹具1和左夹具4固定在试验台上,把钢铰线放在右半圆槽孔2和左半圆槽孔3之间,此时夹紧右夹具1和左夹具4使钢绞线牢牢固定住,由于左右半圆槽孔组成的槽孔与钢绞线外圆相吻合,加之内有内螺纹5增加了接触面积使摩擦力增大,使钢铰线在做拉伸试验时可顺利进行。

本实用新型涉及预应力钢铰线力学试验夹具技术领域。
现有预应力钢铰线力学试验夹具制造成本高,夹持钢铰线不牢固,操作费工费时,使用寿命短。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种预应力钢铰线力学试验夹具,由于其夹持孔为圆形,内有螺纹,使钢铰线夹持牢固,操作省工省时。
本实用新型是这样实现的:右夹具1上有右半圆槽孔2,左夹具4上有左半圆槽孔3,右半圆槽孔2和左半圆槽孔3上有内螺纹5。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、造价低、使用寿命长、夹持牢固、操作省工省力。
下面结合附图,用实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明:

附图中:1、右夹具,2、右半圆槽孔,3、左半圆槽孔,4、左夹具,5、内螺纹。
