一种开孔固体填料,由填料颗粒实体和在颗粒实体表面上具有两个开口的圆柱形孔道组成,该孔道有三个,且互相垂直,孔道形状为柱体,最好是圆柱体。本实用新型具有重量轻,通透性能优良等特点,可在石油化工反应塔中作为填料。

Description

一种开孔固体填料
本实用新型涉及石油、化工和煤炼反应塔内的一种固体填料。这种填料装填在反应塔的底部和项部,中部装填的是催化剂。目前,工业反应塔内所使用的填料一般为硅铝瓷球。由于是一种实心体,颗粒间空隙率小,导致通透性能差,从而使得所加工物流流动阻力增大,容易造成物流返混,其结果是促进结焦和填料床层压差增大,影响反应器正常操作。
中国专利(实用新型)ZL94217136.5公开了一种孔式球柱形填料,该填料由瓷体和瓷孔组成,即在瓷球或瓷柱中心开设一定孔径的孔(如图1、图2所示)。
这种填料与具有相同颗粒形状和体积及相同材料的实心填料相比,重量减少,通透性能好,多少改进了实心填料的使用性能。
但是,填料颗粒在装进反应塔过程中在反应塔内所处位置是随机的,对于上述实用新型所描述的开孔填料,只有当孔道成铅直(反应塔轴线)位置时,才能发挥最大作用。在其他任何位置其开孔作用将随着孔道之中轴线与铅直线之偏角增大而减弱,当孔道成水平面位置时(即偏角为90℃),开孔填料的作用等同于实心填料(图3)。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通透性能好,对物料流动阻力小的固体颗粒填料。
本实用新型的要点是在固体填料的颗粒上开设三个两端在颗粒表面开口的孔道,且三个孔道两两互相垂直,三个孔道交汇处位于颗粒中心。孔道形状较好的是柱状,更好的是圆柱状。填料颗粒大小和孔洞的孔径大小由填料的使用要求确定。填料颗粒形状不限,较好的是具有某种对称性的规则形状。填料材质为耐热无机氧化物,可以是各种天然粘土,也可以是人工合成的氧化铝,或含有其他无机元素的氧化铝。
本实用新型的优点在于(1)制作简单,只要改变模具结构即可制成;(2)空隙率高,通透性能好;(3)由于开设三个互相垂直的孔洞,单个填料颗粒无论在反应塔中处于何种位置,都能减轻物流流动阻力,弥补了现有实心球和单孔瓷球或瓷柱的缺点。(4)由于对物流流动阻力小,在高温加氢反应塔中可以高度抑制结焦反应,提高催化剂的催化效果。

1.一种开孔固体填料,由填料颗粒实体和在颗粒实体表面上具有两个开口的孔道组成,其特征是所述孔道有三个且互相垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述填料,其特征是所述孔道为柱形。
3.根据权利要求2所述填料,其特征是所述孔道为圆柱形。
