Abstract
一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,涉及童车或手推车的制动机构,使每一个车轮都可处于万向、定向且制动三种状态,并可用脚踏的方式实现三种状态之间的转换,为了使之更为轻松省力与安全可靠,本实用新型采用了滑动圈受力和一包括一特殊的V形弹簧在内的制动系统,使用色标指示当前状态,从而实现真正意义上的一步到位的脚踏行进控制装置。
Description
本实用新型涉及童车或手推车的制动机构,尤其是指一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置。
为了克服市场上一般童车在行进控制方法上的缺点,使操作简便,又用任意一个车轮即可完全控制童车的行进或移动,避免不必要的移动,使童车设计更为安全,本申请人已向中国专利局递交了申请日为960902,申请号为96222862.1,名称为“万向、定向、制动一体化装置”的实用新型专利申请。应用上述专利申请的技术方案,使每一个车轮都可处于万向、定向及定向且制动三种状态,并且每一个车轮都可十分方便地用脚踏的方式实现三种状态之间的转换,操作简单,使童车或手推车等的行进控制更为灵活有效,更为安全。但在大量的实践中,发现上述方案有下列不足之处:
一是踏脚杆与立轴采用注塑成一体结构,使得用脚踩动时必须用较大的力气,而且往往需要轻微转动轮子使之处于某一最适宜踩下的位置;二是刹车块的刹车杆卡入车轮幅及回复原位不够灵活、敏捷。
为了使上述技术方案更加完善,实现真正意义上的一步到位的控制装置,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的方向、定向、制动一体化装置,使之性能更好,使用更为灵活方便,更为可靠有效。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,包括踏脚帽、立轴、上定位件、下定位件、前后轮连接件、前后轮支架、盖体和制动系统等组成,其特点是还包括有滑动圈,立轴自上而下穿过前后轮连接件的柱状体、前后轮支架与盖体,前后轮支架内部依次穿设上定位件、下定位件及制动系统,滑动圈套设在前后轮支架的上端部外,并且与上定位件固定连接。
该制动系统包括有刹车控制件、刹车弹簧,刹车杆和V形弹簧等组成,其中刹车弹簧套置在刹车控制件的下端,另一端顶设在盖体的内面,V形弹簧上端穿入刹车控制件中,其下端穿入刹车杆中;所述的滑动圈为一环状凸台,在该环状凸台的直径方向上均匀设置有二个上凸块和二个下凸块。
由于采用了上述方案,使得该装置在踩下时轻松省力,而且三种状态之间的转换十分灵活、可靠,另外还可设置色标用以指示状态,使之十分直观。
下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型。
图1为本实用新型处于万向状态的结构示意图。

参阅图1至图4,显示了本实用新型处于不同状态的结构示意图。如图1所示,为本实用新型处于万向状态的结构示意图,前后轮连接件4和踏脚1可围绕立轴2旋转,车轮毂12可围绕车轮连接轴121转动。并且踏脚帽1自然落下与滑动圈6相接触,显示色标8完全显露,显示色标8为三色小格粘贴或直接标识在前后轮连接件4的柱状体42上,自上而下分别为红、黄、绿,当三色完全显示时,表示车轮处于万向且可转动状态,当只显示红、黄二色格时,表示处于定向但车轮可转动行进状态,当只显示红色格时,表示车轮既定向且制动状态。
在图2至图4中,为了更清晰地表示本实用新型分别处于三种不同状态时的区别,特意把踏脚帽1置于上掀状态。
如图2所示为万向且可转动状态,滑动圈6分别在直径方向上设置有前后对应的二个上凸块62和二个下凸块61。柱状体42前后对应地开设有二个槽口421,柱状体42套设在一前后轮支架9外面,立轴2贯穿其中,前后轮支架9的上柱体部亦开设有行程槽91。此时下凸块61处于行程槽91的最低位置,上凸块62离开槽口421,前后轮连接件4可围绕立轴2任意旋转。踩下踏脚帽1,由于滑动圈6是一个环状凸台受力,并且其下凸块61与上定位件3固定在一起,所以不管处于何种方向,都可轻松踩下,并且力的作用使上定位件3与下定位件5发生相对位移,即实现状态转换。
如图3所示,为车轮定向但可转动行进状态,此时下凸块61处于中间位置,上凸块62部分进入槽口421中,前后轮连接件4受上凸块62的卡制而无法旋转,即车轮处于定向状态。但车轮毂12依然可围绕车轮连接轴121转动行进。
如图4所示,为车轮定向且制动状态,此时下凸块61处于行程槽91的最高位置,上凸块62完全进入槽口421中,前后轮连接件4受卡制而无法旋转,刹车杆101弹出卡入轮辐中使车轮毂12无法围绕车轮连接轴121旋转。
如图5所示,为本实用新型的剖视结构图,由图可知,踏脚帽1是一端铆接在前后轮连接件4的柱状体42上,立轴2贯穿其中,上定位件3、下定位件5及刹车控制件10依次套设在立轴2上并可沿立轴2上下运动,滑动圈6的环状凸台套设在前后轮支架9的上柱体部外,下凸块61与上定位件3固接在一起。刹车控制件10下套置一刹车弹簧102,刹车弹簧102的另一端顶置在盖体7的内面,盖体7用于封闭前后轮支架9的下端面,立轴2穿出其外。盖体7及前后轮支架9分别设置有相应的孔供穿设刹车杆101,同时结合图6,V形弹簧103上端穿入刹车控制件10中,其下端则穿入刹车杆101中,V形弹簧103被压下时,刹车杆101缩入,V形弹簧103被拉上时,刹车杆101弹出。如图7所示,为V形弹簧103的结构示意图,其最上端为半圆形段1031,其次为第一V形段1032和第二V形段1033,其中第一V形段1032的卡口宽度为b,b=5~20mm,其中以b=12mm为最佳值,V形弹簧103的总高度为a,a=33~60mm,a=53mm为最佳值。其中总高a与卡口宽度b的尺寸是决定该V形弹簧103有效工作的关键,在本实施例中,b=12mm保证了刹车杆101该弹出时弹出,该缩入时完全吸紧、收定,而总高a的适当值可防止其产生永久性的变形。
车轮连接轴121穿置在球形压簧座122中,避震弹簧11设置在前后轮支架9的安装孔中,一端顶在其内面,另一端顶在球形压簧座122上,用以使童车行进更为平稳舒适。
Claims (7)
1.一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,包括踏脚帽(1)、立轴(2)、上定位件(3)、下定位件(5)、前后轮连接件(4)、前后轮支架(9)、盖体(7)和制动系统等组成,其特征在于还包括有滑动圈(6),立轴(2)自上而下穿过前后轮连接件(4)的柱状体(42)、前后轮支架(9)与盖体(7),前后轮支架(9)内部依次穿设上定位件(3)、下定位件(5)及制动系统,滑动圈(6)套设在前后轮支架(9)的上端部外,并且与上定位件(3)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于所述的制动系统包括有刹车控制件(10)、刹车弹簧(102),刹车杆(101)和V形弹簧(103)等组成,其中刹车弹簧(102)套置在刹车控制件(10)的下端,另一端顶设在盖体(7)的内面,V形弹簧(103)上端穿入刹车控制件(10)中,其下端穿入刹车杆(101)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于滑动圈(6)为一环状凸台,在该环状凸台的直径方向上均匀设置有二个上凸块(62)和二个下凸块(61)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于V形弹簧(103)由三部分组成,其最上端为半圆形段(1031),其次为第一V形段(1032)和第二V形段(1033),其中第一V形段(1032)的卡口宽度为b,b=5~20mm,其中以b=12mm为最佳值,V形弹簧(103)的总高度为a,a=33~60mm,a=53mm为最佳值。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于前后轮接连接件(4)的柱状体(42)上设置有用以指示当前状态的指示色标(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于踏脚帽(1)的一端,以可转动关系铆接在前后轮连接件(4)的柱状体(42)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的万向、定向、制动一体化装置,其特征在于在前后轮支架(9)内设置有一避震装置,该避震装置包括有一避震弹簧(11)。
