Abstract

一种复合型止水带含有止水带,其特征在于:以止水带为基体,通过粘合层与加强止水层相结合。止水带可为橡胶止水带或橡塑止水带或不锈钢止水带或铜止水带制成。加强止水层可为GB橡胶或改性沥青或膨胀橡胶或嵌缝材料制成。工艺上采用不同的止水带,可组成不同的复合型止水带,为水利工程提供了优质产品,保证了施工的高质量。

Description

复合型止水带
本实用新型涉及水利工程应用的止水带,尤指一种复合型止水带。
在水利工程中,经常要对钢筋混凝土面板、堆石坝接缝及周边缝、对工业与民用建筑物的伸缩缝及屋面防漏、各种混凝土结构的表面裂缝、各种交通隧道和输水隧洞的接缝,渠道接缝等进行处理,以达到接缝处牢固粘接,没有缝隙,止水效果好的目的。过去采用橡胶板(如三元乙丙板)、土工膜,橡胶(塑料)止水带,止水铜片为接缝材料,虽然自身强度高,抗水力击穿能力好,密水性好,但这些材料本身与结构材料,粘结性能不好如混凝土,适应结构变形的能力很差,故在结构接缝发生变位时,很容易发生绕渗,达不到止水防漏效果。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种既能与止水带牢固粘接,又能与新鲜混凝土粘接牢固的复合型止水带。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种复合型止水带含有止水带,其特征在于:以止水带为基体,通过粘合层与加强止水层相结合。止水带可为橡胶止水带或橡塑止水带或不锈钢止水带或铜止水带制成。加强止水层可为GB橡胶或改性沥青或膨胀橡胶或嵌缝材料制成。加强止水层以GB橡胶制成为最佳。
由于GB橡胶具有很好的耐水性,耐碱性,耐老化性,具有很好的气密性,粘接性,变形性,故在工程使用中,本实用新型不但能与止水带牢固粘接而且还可直接与未凝固的混凝土进行化学粘接,又可借助粘接剂与老混凝土很牢固地粘接在一起,并适应结构材料(如水泥砂浆与混凝土)的变形性能,满足混凝土结构对嵌缝止水材料粘接和变形的要求,不再发生绕渗等问题,而且在自然条件下暴露一年也不变质,故提高了工程质量,达到了止水防漏的效果。
本实用新型通过以下附图和实施例进一步说明:

参见图1-5,一种复合型止水带含有止水带3,以止水带3为基体,通过粘合层2与加强止水层1相结合。止水带3可为橡胶止水带或橡塑止水带或不锈钢止水带或铜止水带制成。加强止水层1可为GB橡胶或改性沥青或膨胀橡胶或嵌缝材料制成。加强止水层1以GB橡胶制成为最佳。加强止水层1与止水带3相结合可为单面复合或双面复合。加强止水层1可对称结合在布局相对称的止水带3上。止水带3的截面形状可多种。比如橡胶止水带3通过粘合层2与GB橡胶复合成封闭型的复合型止水带比塑料止水带具有更好的耐寒性,变形性和抗老化性,避免了水通过混凝土与止水带之间的间隙发生绕渗的现象,故提高了工程质量,达到了止水和防漏效果。
参见图3-5:采用不同的止水带3为基体,就可构成不同类型的复合型止水带。特别是GB橡胶是我公司的具有一定内聚力的新型无毒水工柔性防水材料,并可根据工程的需要加工成不同尺寸,不同形状,不同规格的复合型止水带,这在水利工程上解决了一大难题-即防漏和绕渗问题。同时也为水利工程提供了一种既能与止水带牢固粘接,又能与新鲜混凝土牢固粘接的复合型止水带。

1、一种复合型止水带含有止水带,其特征在于:以止水带为基体,通过粘合层与加强止水层相结合。
2、如权利要求1所述的复合型止水带,其特征在于:上述止水带可为橡胶止水带或橡塑止水带或不锈钢止水带或铜止水带制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的复合型止水带,其特征在于:上述加强止水层可为GB橡胶或改性沥青或膨胀橡胶或嵌缝材料制成。
4、如权利要求3所述的复合型止水带,其特征在于:上述加强止水层以GB橡胶制成为最佳。
5、如权利要求1或3所述的复合型止水带,其特征在于:上述加强止水层与止水带相结合可为单面复合或双面复合。
6、如权利要求2或3所述的复合型止水带,其特征在于:上述加强止水层可对称结合在布局相对称的止水带上。
