Abstract

一种直接用自行车气筒给摩托车胎加气既不漏气、又省力的摩托车自动压缩顶针加气嘴,将自行车气芯插入摩托车加气旋紧螺母,在其内放入密封圈,旋上旋紧螺母,装上防尘帽组装而成。用自行车气芯下端自动压缩摩托车胎内顶针,再用自行车气嘴和摩托车加气旋紧螺母内的密封圈封住气体,防止加气全过程的漏气。

摩托车自动压缩顶针加气嘴
本实用新型是一种直接用自行车气筒给摩托车胎加气不漏气又省力的加气嘴。
目前,公知给摩托车加气的气嘴有两种:一种气嘴是靠加气嘴内凸出点压缩摩托车胎内顶针后加气,但在加气过程中易漏气;另一种气嘴是用打气筒产生的气压顶开车胎内气门针,在加气过程中虽不漏气,但较费力。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种摩托车自动压缩顶针加气嘴,自行车气筒装上它,便可轻易为摩托车胎加气,并在加气过程中不漏气、又省力,象自行车加气一样方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的:将自行车气芯插入摩托车加气旋紧螺母,在其内放入密封圈,旋上旋紧螺母,装上防尘帽组装而成。摩托车加气时,只要将加气嘴旋入摩托车胎加气嘴上,便可象自行车一样给摩托车胎加气。
本实用新型对摩托车原气嘴不产生任何影响,加气象自行车加气一样方便,可直接配置在摩托车胎加气嘴上,也可取下。

下面结合图1、图2、图3详细说明本实用新型的结构、特征及操作;摩托车自动压缩顶针加气嘴由防尘帽(1)、旋紧螺母(2)、自行车气芯(3)、摩托车加气旋紧螺母(4)、密封圈(5)组成。
组装:将自行车气芯(3)插入摩托车加气旋紧螺母(4),在其内放入密封圈(5),旋上旋紧螺母(2),装上防尘帽(1)组装而成。再将摩托车加气旋紧螺母(4)旋入摩托车加气嘴上,此时自行车气芯(3)的下端由于微超出密封圈,故能自动压缩车胎内顶针。胎内气体被密封圈和上部自行车气嘴相配合密封住,故在加气的全过程,无气体漏出,加气时气体由气嘴直接进入胎内。
如将本实用新型固定在摩托车胎上时,只需往回倒旋两圈,使自行车气芯下端离开轮胎内顶针,则顶针复原。
