本实用新型涉及一种冰蓄冷器。
在已有技术中,冰蓄冷器主要在于把用冷设备的用电时间由白天供电高峰期转移到夜间低谷区,从而显著地减小电网和用户的高峰负荷量,节省用户电费,一般的冰蓄冷器由蓄冰槽、换热元件组成,换热元件采用厚壁钢管、塑料管或塑料球等,它们的换热效率低,结冰和融冰速度慢,使用寿命短。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种传热系数比较高和寿命比较长的冰蓄冷器。
本实用新型由蓄冰槽、冰水循环泵、淋水装置、板式换热器和薄壁不锈钢波节管组成,其特征是:薄壁不锈钢波节管固定在蓄冰槽内,薄壁不锈钢波节管的两端与冷却剂的入口接管和出口接管相连,蓄冰槽的底部通过连通管与固定在蓄冰槽上部的淋水装置相连,在连通管上装有冰水循环泵和板式换热器。
由于本实用新型薄壁不锈钢波节管固定在蓄冰槽内,薄壁不锈钢波节管的两端与冷却剂的入口接管和出口接管相连,而薄壁不锈钢波节管不同于一般的光管,它的传热系数比较高,又由于蓄冰槽的底部通过连通管与固定在蓄冰槽上部的淋水装置相连,在连通管上装有冰水循环泵和板式换热器,所以能促进蓄冰槽中水的流通,加速水的结冰和融冰速度,并且传热系数比较高,寿命比较长。
