本实用新型涉及黑板擦,特别是静电吸尘黑板擦。
现有的吸尘黑板擦均由电动机带动叶片工作,产生吸力来吸尘的,其吸尘效果不好、噪音大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吸尘效果更好的静电吸尘黑板擦,以解决现有技术的不足之处。
本实用型的技术方案是这样来实现的:静电吸尘黑板擦,其特征是由带有电池盒1和直流高压发生器盒2的盒体3与毛刷板5组成,盒体3的内表面涂有一层导体4,其与毛刷板5构成一吸尘腔6,在盒体3上还设有电池盒门7、直流高压发生器盒门8及清灰门9;毛刷板5上布有毛刷10、裸露导体11及开有吸尘孔12,电池13和直流高压发生器14分别设置在电池盒1和直流高压发生器盒2内,直流高压发生器14的两极分别与导体4和裸露导体11相连。
由于本实用新型的盒体内表面上的导体与毛刷板上的裸露导体之间形成一个高压电场,因高压电场内有电子的溢出,或者空气中少量电子或离子的原因,很容易使灰尘带上电荷,带有电荷的灰尘在电场力的作用下,穿过毛刷板上的吸尘孔,进入吸尘腔,当带有电荷的灰尘碰到导体中和后,就掉在吸尘腔内,因此,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有吸尘效果好、无噪音等优点。

1、静电吸尘黑板擦,其特征是由带有电池盒1和直流高压发生器盒2的盒体3与毛刷板5组成,盒体3的内表面涂有一层导体4,其与毛刷板5构成一吸尘腔6,在盒体3上还设有电池盒门7、直流高压发生器盒门8及清灰门9;毛刷板5上布有毛刷10、裸露导体11及开有吸尘孔12,电池13和直流高压发生器14分别设置在电池盒1和直流高压发生器盒2内,直流高压发生器14的两极分别与导体4和裸露导体11相连。
