Abstract

香烟消毒卡涉及一种可降低香烟焦油含量,提高烟碱含量的香烟消毒卡,主要是为降低香烟的焦油及其它有害物质的含量而研制的。其解决方案主要是在基板上涂远红外放射涂料,或在基板内放置远红外涂料,利用红外线改变香烟的分子结构,降低焦油和其它有害物质含量,增加烟碱含量。

本实用新型涉及一种可降低香烟焦油含量，提高烟碱含量的香烟消毒卡。
为了降低香烟焦油及其它有害人体健康的有毒物含量，增加烟碱含量，提高香烟档次，许多人做了大量的研究工作，但至今都没有拿出切实可行的办法。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种制作容易，成本低，消毒效果好，使用方便的香烟消毒卡。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：为了降低香烟焦油含量，增加烟碱含量，采用远红外放射涂料对香烟进行消毒处理，通过红外线放射可改变香烟的分子结构，使其降低有毒物质含量，减少焦油含量，增加烟碱含量。具体作法是：首先制作基板1，基板可制成板状，也可制成柱形或其它形状。然后将远红外放射涂料2涂在基板1的一面或四周表面。
也可以将远红外放射涂料放在基板里面，其放射线也能透过基板对香烟进行消毒处理。
本实用新型的优点是：易于加工制造，成本低，使用方便，消毒效果好。经辽宁省烟草质量监督检测站测试，可使香烟焦油含量降低6-17％，烟碱含量增加1.5--2％，而且可以长期使用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：首先制作基板1，基板可用金属或非金属，如金、银、塑料、纸板等制作，然后将市售的远红外放射涂料2涂在基板的表面，对于板状的基板可以涂一面，也可以涂两面；柱状基板则涂在其周围表面上。
我们还可以在制作基板时将远红外放射涂料放在基板的里面，既可以单独放置，也可以与基板混合在一起。

1、香烟消毒卡涉及一种可降低香烟焦油含量，提高烟碱含量的香烟消毒卡，其特征在于在基板[1]的一面或四周表面涂远红外放射涂料。
2、按照权利要求1所说的香烟消毒卡，其特征在于也可以将远红外放射涂料[2]放在基板[1]的里面。
