Abstract

新型大棚高强度骨架,属于农业温室大棚支架类;采用一个下弓梁和一个上弓梁,在下弓梁与上弓梁之间均匀地焊合有三角形的斜支梁;下弓梁与上弓梁之间的距离顶部宽,两侧逐步变窄;在上弓梁的外弧面上均布有线槽;通过数条张紧的铁线作为大棚的顶面,可减少支承骨架的数量,有降低大棚造价的效果;这种骨架可作为蔬菜大棚使用,还可以作为仓库、临时工棚的骨架使用。

新型大棚高强度骨架
本实用新型属于农业温室大棚支架类。
塑料大棚在农业生产中已普遍得到了应用,特别是在蔬菜生产中塑料大棚发挥着非常重要的作用。目前塑料大棚的骨架,大部分是采用单梁支承,因单梁的强度较低,这样就需要很多的单梁密集排布,致使大棚的成本较高。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种塑料大棚成本低的新型大棚高强度骨架。
本实用新型的技术方案是:采用一个下弓梁和一个上弓梁;在下弓梁与上弓梁之间均匀地焊合有三角形的斜支梁;下弓梁与上弓梁之间的距离顶部宽,两侧逐步变窄;在上弓梁的外弧面上均布有线槽。
下弓梁与上弓梁两端可以分别焊合有一个尖锥体,也可以分别焊合有一个底板。
本实用新型的高强度骨架,可采用少量的骨架做为支承,采用铁线作为大棚支承面,所以有经济便宜的积极效果。

图面说明和实施例叙述如下:图中1是下弓梁、3是上弓梁;在下弓梁1和上弓梁3之间均匀地焊合有三角形的斜支梁2;下弓梁1与上弓梁3之间的距离顶部宽,两侧逐步变窄;在上弓梁3的外弧面上均布有线槽5。通过张紧的铁线4做大棚的顶面。通过下弓梁1、斜梁2、上弓梁3焊合的支承骨架,有高强度的特点。下弓梁1与上弓梁3两端可以分别焊合有一个尖锥体A,使尖锥体插在基础孔中定位;下弓梁1与上弓梁3两端还可以分别焊合有一个底板,底板支座在基础的凹坑中,也可通过螺栓固定在基础上。数条铁线4分别经线槽5限位将两端固定在铁线的基础上。被张紧的铁线4作为大棚的顶面支着承覆盖的塑料布。这种骨架不但可以作为蔬菜大棚的骨架使用,还可以作为仓库、临时工棚的骨架使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种新型大棚高强度骨架,其特征是:
a、有一个下弓梁和上弓梁,在下弓梁与上弓梁之间均匀地焊合有三角形的斜支梁;
b、下弓梁与上弓梁之间的距离顶部宽,两侧逐步变窄;在上弓梁的外弧面上均布有线槽。
2、按权利要求1所述的骨架,其特征是:下弓梁与上弓梁两端分别焊合有一个尖锥体。
3、按权利要求1所述的骨架,其特征是:下弓梁与上弓梁两端分别焊合有一个底板。
