Abstract

斜屋面式全悬索塑料大棚
本实用新型涉及一种采用冷拨钢筋作立架和横梁，骨架为斜屋面式的悬索塑料大棚。
目前塑料大棚多采用拱架结构，成本较高，中国专利CN2300248Y公开了一种纵悬横拱塑料温室，构思巧妙但其跨度不大，连栋使用时还略显麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，成本低，且适应性广的悬索塑料大棚。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：本实用新型由立柱、悬索、铁线、地锚、覆盖层等构成。立架及横梁全部采用悬索结构，立柱上焊合拉紧的冷拨钢筋，构成端面立架及中间的横梁，立柱通过地锚定位，在斜屋面上架设张紧的铁线，作为大棚的顶面支着覆盖的塑料薄膜。
本实用新型只采用立柱及冷拨钢筋作支承，采用铁线作大棚支承面，所以有经济适用的积极效果。

本实用新型包括有立柱1、悬索2、铁线3、地锚4、覆盖层5等构成。端面立架及中间横梁均采用悬索结构，由高强冷拨钢筋构成的悬索2分别连接等距离的各立柱1，并焊接固定好，和立柱1一起构成两个斜屋面式的大棚骨架，立柱1通过地锚4固定在地下的基础上，在斜屋面上架设张紧的铁线3作大棚的支承面，支着由塑料薄膜或阳光板构成的覆盖层5。这种悬索形式的塑料大棚跨度大，结构简单稳固，可广泛用于农业生产、仓库及菜场等，大面积推广的经济效益十分可观。
