Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及一种刨削果皮的刨刀。
传统瓜果刨刀，刀片固定在刀架上，不能调节进刀角度，刀片作直线平面刨削效果较好，但作曲面刨削时速度慢，效果较差，使用不方便。
本实用新型由刀片和刀架组成，其主要特征为刀片两端各有一转轴，转轴分别插入刀架上部的连接园孔内，刀片与刀架成转动连接，刀架一端的内侧设有一限定突起。
由于本实用新型的刀片和刀架为转动连接，刨削果瓜时刀片能灵活调整进刀方向和角度，在刨削过程中刀片能随被刨瓜果的曲面进行调节，速度快便用更加方便。

参见附图本实用新型的刀片2可用薄钢皮冲压而成，并位于刀架1的上部，刀架1的上部为叉形，以安装刀片2，下端兼作手柄，刀架1可为弓形或其它易握持的形状。刀片2的左右两端各有一转轴3a、3b、转轴3a、3b分别插入刀架1上部的连接园孔内，使刀片与刀架成转动连接，刀架2的一端内侧有一限位突起4，当刀片2与限位突起4接触时，刀片2停止转动，瓜果皮便受刀刃刨削而迅速与果肉分离。

1、一种由刀片(2)和刀架(1)组成的方便刨刀，其特征为刀片(2)的两端各有一转轴(3a)、(3b)，转轴分别插入刀架上部的连接园孔内，刀架一端的内侧有限位突起(4)。
