Abstract

本实用新型提供的刷子是一种用于尿道、生殖道粘膜柱状上皮细胞和分泌物作病理标本取样的工具。其基本结构形状如同一种无端毛的试管刷子。即由刷头和刷把组成,刷头的骨架用金属丝对折扭结在一起,铰缝中夹置刷毛,横出呈螺旋状,无刷毛的刷柄插入柄把把杆的端部,作固定连接。本刷子结构简单合理,操作捻转方便,手感良好,适合于一次性取样使用。

细胞取样刷子
本实用新型涉及刷子，具体地说是一种泌尿科用的医学临床化验取样的工具。
临床实践中用作细胞病理取样的工具中用得最多的还是纤维类拭子，例如棉花头拭子(棉签)。但是用于腔道内膜病理取样时，普通的棉签就不大适应了，因为它容易发生掉头现象，除非经过粘固处理之后才能安全使用，另外，操作时手感也欠好。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种细胞取样刷子，它借用了试管刷子的基本结构模式，它应用于细胞病理取样具有独到之处，比棉签类拭子或者刮片使用起来更加麻利和有效。
本实用新型提供的细胞取样刷子，由刷头和刷把组成，其特征在于刷头上的刷毛夹置在金属丝对折扭结而成的骨架铰缝之中，刷子有刷毛的一段为刷头，无刷毛的一段为刷柄，刷柄与杆状的柄把插接并固定连结在一起。
其中，最佳的一种尺寸参数选择：
刷毛为Φ0.001×6毫米，刷头长2厘米，螺旋角为15°柄把的直径为3毫米。
本细胞取样刷子，主要用于采集男、女性尿道、生殖道粘膜柱状上皮细胞的病理标本，提高实验室对衣原体、支原体、淋球菌等病原细菌标本培养、检测的阳性检出率。刷子用毛柔软又有弹性，空隙大，可以减少病人痛苦，取样取得率高；柄把为园杆状，操作时捻转方便，手感良好。
现以实施例及其附图加以说明。

附图1所示的细胞取样刷子由刷头1和柄把5组成，刷头1具体由骨架2和刷毛3构成，4是刷柄为无刷毛的一段，作为刷柄与杆状柄把5一起构成刷把。刷头1上的刷毛3夹置在金属丝骨架2的铰缝中，骨架2由对折的双股金属丝扭结起来，把刷毛夹置成为具有一定螺旋角形状的刷头。刷柄4插入柄把5杆端的孔道中用胶粘结固定。若不用柄把杆，只将刷柄4独立延长也可以使用，外面还可以浸复上塑料层，这样实际上也就替代了柄把(杆)5。
附图2给出了实施例图片。其中骨架用的金属丝是直径为0.5毫米的铝丝，刷毛用尼龙丝尺寸为Φ0.001×6毫米，刷头长2厘米，螺旋角为15°，柄把采用Φ3×110毫米，刷子总长为130毫米。其结构合理，美观，实用。
本细胞取样刷子，适合于无溃烂面的情况，包装的刷子都经过钴“60”作放射灭菌的整体处理，取出后可直接使用。将刷头慢慢插入男性尿道2-4厘米处，徐徐捻转，就可以提取粘膜的柱状上皮细胞和分泌物。女性则须经扩张、暴露宫颈口后，在宫颈口内1-2厘米处，先常规擦去表面分泌物，再用本刷子捻转提取标本。也可同时另行提取尿道取样标本。然后马上接种到准备好的培养基上或供PCR检测。

Claims (2)

1、一种细胞取样刷了，由刷头(1)和刷把组成，其特征在于刷头(1)上的刷毛(3)夹置在金属丝对折扭结而成的骨架铰缝之中，刷子有刷毛的一段为刷头(1)，无刷毛的一段为刷柄(4)，刷柄(4)与杆状的柄把(5)插接并固定连结在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的细胞取样刷子，其特征在于所说的刷毛为Φ0.001×6毫米，刷头长为2厘米，螺旋角为15°，柄把的直径为3毫米。
