本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域，提供了一种宫颈自采样器，包括一探棒及套设于探棒外的套筒，所述探棒一端为取样部，另一端为持握部，所述取样部与持握部通过支杆相连，支杆上有折痕，便于折断。有定位环，与套筒内壁的挡止环，相配合，可指示取样部的顶端位置已接近套筒的采样部末端。定位环还可以对探棒在套筒内平行滑动起到定位导航作用，防止探棒触及套筒内壁。取样部的刷毛，质地柔软，不易引起采集时的不适感，避免可能的损伤。套筒一端为采样部，一段为手握部。内壁有挡止环，手握部有防滑纹，可方便使用者手握固定套筒。采样部末端边缘为光滑圆弧状。本实用新型所述宫颈自采样器，使用方便，所取样品在后续医学检验中使用效果良好。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域，尤其涉及一种宫颈自采样器。
背景技术
宫颈取样化验是常规妇科检查的基本内容之一。目前，常见的宫颈取样器有两种：一种是硬刮板，另一种是扫帚形宫颈刷。中国实用新型专利200820207420.7公开了一种宫颈自采样器，包括手柄、支臂和储样管，在储样管表面设有刮板，刮板上设有条状裂隙，条状裂隙与储样管相通。中国实用新型专利200620029724.X公开了一种宫颈刷，包括端部带有刷毛的刷头，所述刷头上连接有刷柄。
这两类宫颈取样器存在以下的不足：1)在取样时需要扩阴器使阴道张开；2)宫颈细胞采样过程必须在医疗机构完成，不能由受检者独自完成采样送检，对受检者会造成不方便；3)取样器材质较硬较尖锐会造成使用时的不适，甚至会造成一定程度的损伤；4)易受到阴道分泌物的干扰。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可自行取样的宫颈自采样器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种宫颈自采样器，包括一探棒及套设于探棒外的套筒，所述探棒一端为取样部，另一端为持握部，所述取样部与持握部通过支杆相连，所述支杆上有定位环。
所述套筒为圆筒状，一端为手握部，一端为采样部，套筒内壁设有挡止环。
所述采样部末端边缘为光滑圆弧状。
所述手握部外表面具有防滑纹。
所述支杆上定位环与取样部间具有折痕。
所述取样部为水滴状，表面设有刷毛。
所述持握部为桨状。
本实用新型所述宫颈自采样器，支杆上的定位环和套筒内的挡止环相配合，可指示取样部的顶端位置已接近套筒的采样部末端。定位环直径略小于套筒内径，但略大于挡止环内径，对探棒在套筒内平行滑动起到定位导航作用，防止探棒触及套筒内壁，稍用力又能通过挡止环，起到指示定位的作用。
套筒起到张开阴道的作用，无须使用扩阴器，方便自取样，同时在取出探棒时，因有套筒的保护，使其不受阴道分泌物的干扰。
套筒采样部末端为光滑圆弧状，可避免张开阴道时对阴道壁的损伤。
手握部外表面的防滑纹，可方便使用者手握固定套筒。
探棒上的折痕，用于在完成宫颈采样后，将取样部折断在样品运输瓶内，以方便后续的运输和检测。
取样部上的刷毛，质地柔软，不易引起采集时的不适感，避免可能的损伤。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-图5，一种宫颈自采样器，包括一探棒2及套设于探棒2外的套筒1。
所述套筒1为圆筒状，外壁光滑，一端为手握部，一端为采样部。手握部外表面有防滑纹11，优选为方向同套管中心轴线的直线纹。采样部末端边缘12为光滑圆弧状。所述套筒长度为10-15cm，优选为12cm。手握部位于套筒后端，长度约为套筒的四分之一，采样部位于套筒前端。所述套筒靠近手握部内壁设有环状凸起为挡止环13，挡止环位于距采样部末端口三分之二处。套筒材料为对阴道无刺激无过敏的材料，可选用聚乙烯类材料。
所述探棒2全长15-20cm，优选为19cm。一端为取样部21，另一端为持握部22，所述取样部21与持握部22通过支杆23相连；所述取样部21为水滴状，表面设有刷毛211，刷毛材料为尼龙植绒毛；所述持握部22为桨状，桨状持握部22宽度略大于套筒1内径，可防止探棒2从套筒采样部末端脱出；所述支杆23上设有与所述套筒1内挡止环13相配合的定位环25，定位环直径略小于套筒1内径，略大于挡止环13内径；所述定位环25与取样部21间设有折痕24，所述折痕24距取样部的距离为探棒长度的1/4至1/5。探棒材料为塑胶材料，优选为ABS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)，PE等。
使用时，受检者手持套筒后端的手握部，将套筒前端自阴道口送入阴道底部，即到达子宫颈部，一手固定套筒不动，一手握探棒沿套筒内壁自后端向前端沿中轴线滑动，定位环遇套管内壁挡止环时，有位阻感，此位阻点指示取样部位置已接近套筒前端，轻轻用力，定位环可通过挡止环，通过挡止环时取样部顶端平筒的采样部末端，如图5所示。将探棒继续向前滑动，至取样部可与宫颈口充分接触，旋转探棒，完成采样过程后，将探棒后滑至套管内。将套筒和探棒整体取出，探棒因受套筒的保护，可不受阴道分泌物的干扰。
本实用新型宫颈自采样器，在实际使用中，使用者能顺利方便的完成自取样过程；且在使用过程中无痛感和其它不适感；所取样品在后续医学检测中使用效果良好。

1.一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：包括一探棒及套设于探棒外的套筒，所述探棒一端为取样部，另一端为持握部，所述取样部与持握部通过支杆相连，所述支杆上有定位环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述套筒为圆筒状，一端为手握部，一端为采样部，套筒内壁设有挡止环。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述采样部末端边缘为光滑圆弧状。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述手握部外表面具有防滑纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述支杆上定位环与取样部间具有折痕。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述取样部为水滴状，表面设有刷毛。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈自采样器，其特征在于：所述持握部为桨状。
