Abstract

本发明涉及心外科手术技术领域,特别是涉及一种负压增效微缝式环向采样器。它由手柄、负压筒、活塞头、操作杆、取样筒、取样缝、刮柄和刮片构成。手柄处于负压筒中,手柄的下端与操作杆结合为一个整体,材质为橡胶的圆柱形的活塞头套于手柄的下端并与手柄粘接,活塞头和负压筒成过盈配合关系。在刮柄的下端的侧壁上有多个与刮柄为一整体的环形的刮片。本发明采用了负压抽吸和刮片纵向刮取相结合的方式,能够将黏膜表皮强制吸入取样缝中,以保证刮片的边缘与黏膜细胞有充分的接触,与现有技术相比,提高了取样的成功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种负压增效微缝式环向采样器。
背景技术
目前,在医疗卫生行业中,在妇科及妇产科等临床上经常遇到一些妇科阴道、宫颈等方面的病症,需要刮取宫颈、阴道上皮细胞、白带等等用于临床检验分析供诊断用。目前常常使用自制的刮片板、棉签等,由于其尺寸和现状不规范,做工粗糙,在使用过程中容易造成皮肤的划痕和交叉感染,给病人带来不必要的痛苦。
申请号为200910164231.5的“采样旋刮器”采样套筒和可旋转的刮片相结合的方式以防止黏膜被划伤,但此专利的技术方案中存在着以下缺陷:
由于刮片的边缘是处于套筒内的,因此要使黏膜与刮片发生接触,其必要条件是,黏膜壁的弹性足以使黏膜凸入套筒中的深度超过套筒的壁厚。然而事实上,不同人的黏膜壁弹性是各不相同的,同一个人的阴道中,不同部位的黏膜壁弹性也是各不相同的,而采用壁厚不变的套筒难以满足各种不同的情况。若为了适应上述不同的情况,套筒的壁厚做得过于薄,其刮槽的纵向的边缘必将成为刃口,因此在套筒伸入阴道的过程中其纵向刃口仍然有将阴道壁划伤的情况发生。
因此,现有技术中,还没有既能够适应不用人的不同弹性的黏膜壁,又能够保证安全无损伤的取样过程的采样装置。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,同时具有更好的采样效果的负压增效微缝式环向采样器。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:负压增效微缝式环向采样器由手柄、负压筒、活塞头、操作杆、取样筒、取样缝、刮柄和刮片构成。其中,负压筒是上端开敞、下端与取样筒结合为一个整体的圆筒体,取样筒的下端封闭、侧壁上开有一条竖向的取样缝,取样筒的壁厚为1.5—2.4mm。 手柄处于负压筒中,手柄的下端与操作杆结合为一个整体,材质为橡胶的圆柱形的活塞头套于手柄的下端并与手柄粘接,活塞头和负压筒成过盈配合关系。操作杆处于取样筒中,并与取样筒成间隙配合关系,在操作杆的下端是与操作杆以螺纹结合的圆柱形的刮柄,刮柄的直径为操作杆的直径的1/2,在刮柄的下端的侧壁上有多个与刮柄为一整体的环形的刮片,每个刮片的边缘带有刃口,多个刮片竖向等距离排列。刮柄和刮片的结合体的材质为聚四氟乙烯塑料。所述手柄、负压筒、活塞头、操作杆、取样筒、刮柄、刮片之间满足如下位置关系:当活塞头的底面与负压筒的底面接触时,最上面的一个刮片处于取样缝的下边缘以下的位置。
操作时,先将取样筒插入阴道,并将取样缝对准需取样位置,向上拉动手柄,在活塞头的抽吸作用下,取样筒内形成负压,与取样筒接触的黏膜在负压的抽吸作用下凸入取样缝中,继续向上拉动手柄,多个刮片的刃口依次对凸入取样缝的黏膜进行刮取,采集完后将操作杆直接从取样筒中抽出即可。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
1.由于本发明采用了负压抽吸和刮片纵向刮取相结合的方式,能够将黏膜表皮强制吸入取样缝中,以保证刮片的边缘与黏膜细胞有充分的接触,与现有技术相比,提高了取样的成功率。
2.由于本发明采用了负压抽吸的方式,可使取样筒的壁厚较现有技术更加厚,这就避免了传统技术中为适应黏膜壁弹性不足的情况,而将取样筒壁尽量做薄,却导致刮槽的纵向边缘形成刃口、将黏膜壁割伤的情况发生。使取样操作具有更高的安全性。
3.由于本发明采用纵向抽拉的方式进行取样,与现有技术中的旋转方式相比,操作更加简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
负压增效微缝式环向采样器由手柄1、负压筒2、活塞头3、操作杆4、取样筒5、取样缝6、刮柄7和刮片8构成。
其中,负压筒2是上端开敞、下端与取样筒5结合为一个整体的圆筒体,取样筒5的下端封闭、侧壁上开有一条竖向的取样缝6,取样筒5的壁厚为1.5—2.4mm。 手柄1处于负压筒2中,手柄1的下端与操作杆4结合为一个整体,材质为橡胶的圆柱形的活塞头3套于手柄1的下端并与手柄1粘接,活塞头3和负压筒2成过盈配合关系。操作杆4处于取样筒5中,并与取样筒5成间隙配合关系,在操作杆4的下端是与操作杆4以螺纹结合的圆柱形的刮柄7,刮柄7的直径为操作杆4的直径的1/2,在刮柄7的下端的侧壁上有多个与刮柄7为一整体的环形的刮片8,每个刮片8的边缘带有刃口,多个刮片8竖向等距离排列。刮柄7和刮片8的结合体的材质为聚四氟乙烯塑料。所述手柄1、负压筒2、活塞头3、操作杆4、取样筒5、刮柄7、刮片8之间满足如下位置关系:当活塞头3的底面与负压筒2的底面接触时,最上面的一个刮片8处于取样缝6的下边缘以下的位置。
操作时,先将取样筒5插入阴道,并将取样缝6对准需取样位置,向上拉动手柄1,在活塞头3的抽吸作用下,取样筒5内形成负压,与取样筒5接触的黏膜在负压的抽吸作用下凸入取样缝6中,继续向上拉动手柄1,多个刮片8的刃口依次对凸入取样缝6的黏膜进行刮取,采集完后将操作杆4直接从取样筒5中抽出即可。
