Abstract

一种隐蔽式球化铁水保温包,该结构是在现有的铁水包内,底部以上至30—600mm高度位置,筑一个隐蔽室,如摘要附图所示,把球化剂存放在隐蔽室内,当铁水从化铁炉内流入铁水包时,球化剂与铁水的反应速度缓慢,从而提高了球化剂的回收利用率和球化质量,并节省了球化剂。

隐避式回漩球化铁水包
本实用新型涉及一和铁水球化处理时,球化剂是存放在铁水包底部带有若干个孔的隔层板下的一个隐蔽室,由隔层板限制着铁水与球化剂接触时的反应速度;隐避式回漩球化铁水包。
已有的铁水球化包是在包底筑一道隔墙,使包底形成两个凹处,一个凹处是存放球化剂用的,另一个凹处是作为炉内铁水放入用的。当这个凹处的铁水积满后,溢入放球化剂的凹处,当球化剂在被大面积铁水覆盖后,往往立即出现球化剂强烈反应,铁水沸腾,冒白烟,发出刺眼的强光。大量的镁蒸气是在这时间溜走的。因此在每次球化铁水时球化剂加入量必须多加一倍以上,预备着白耗一大部分。否则铁水球化不良。
多年来各生产厂家科研单位都为此想过办法,有的往球化剂顶部覆盖孕育剂及各种高熔点的金属切削,保温材料等等,都没有见到较好的效果。
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种在铁水包底面上做一个隐蔽式的球化室,存放球化剂,使铁水与球化剂接触反应时铁液不出现沸腾,不冒白烟,不出现刺眼的强光,且操作安全、简便,球化效果好,球化剂用量少,降低成本,提高球化质量,节省球化剂20-50%左右。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案实现,隐蔽式球化铁水包,将别是化铁炉内向外放铁水时用的盛桶,俗称铁水包,该铁水包的形状结构是,上口大,下底小的园锥形体,如说明书附图剖视图所示,图一是隐蔽式球化铁水保温包的主视图,从中间全断面剖视图,说明书附图二,为图一的A-A部视图,是个转向的投视侧面图。外壳(6)的内园周和下底搪着一层耐火材料(3),在内下底部(7)以上30-600mm高度位置,设有一个大半园带孔隔层板(8),其特征在于大半园带孔隔层板(8),把球化剂(1)隐蔽在带孔隔层板(8)下面限制球化剂与铁水接触时的反应速度的,大半园带孔隔层板(8)为耐火材料或异型耐火砖,球化反应时铁液不出现沸腾,不冒白烟,无刺眼的强光。由于带孔隔层板(8)的作用,球化剂反应速度受到控制,使镁蒸气在铁液中有一个短暂的潜存接触时间,铁水表面只出现大量的火苗,材质达到了高质量球化目的。这种包底隐蔽式球化室也适用于铸造球铁轧辊,辊型底部装一带孔隔层板(8),下面存在球化剂作大型模、型腔内球化,有消除辊芯球化衰退的作用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,有四个优点:1、改善了生产环境,2、操作简便、安全、球化效果好,3、节省球化剂20-50%降低了成本,4、球化质量好,无衰退现象。

1、隐避式回漩球化铁水包,就是化铁炉内向外放铁水时用的盛桶,俗称铁水包,该铁水包的形状结构是上口大,下底小的园锥形体,外壳(6)和下底(7)为铁皮焊接成的一个整体,在外壳(6)的内园周和下底部搪着一层耐火材料(3),在包内的下底部(7)以上30-600mm高度的位置,设有一个大半园带孔隔层板(8),其特征在于大半园带孔隔层板(8),把球化剂(1)隐蔽在带孔隔层板(8)下限制球化剂与铁水接触反应,大半园带孔隔层板(8)为异型耐火砖或耐火材料。
