双层金属耐蚀管接头
本实用新型涉及防耐蚀双层金属材料的管接头。
管接头是石油、化工、湿法冶金等工业生产设备大量管道系统中广泛应用的重要元件,许多管件只要求内腔能承受腐蚀性液、汽流的腐蚀。目前该类产品均是由某一种昂贵的耐蚀金属材料制造的。这些材料有不锈钢、钛、钛合金、镍、镍合金、铝、铝合金。这些由一种材料作成的管接头比碳素钢、碳素低合金钢制造的管接头要昂贵的多。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内层是上述任何一种耐蚀金属材料、外层是碳素钢或碳素低合金钢制成的双层内腔防腐蚀管接头。这种管接头具有节约贵重金属材料、造价低,且能提高管接头强度等优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:这种双层金属管接头外层是碳素钢或碳素低合金钢,内层分别是不锈钢、钛、钛合金、镍、镍合金、铝、铝合金。管接头的壁厚T=0.02-0.25倍的管接头外径D、D1,内层壁厚T1=0.2-0.6T。

Claims (2)

1、一种双层金属材料的管接头,其特征在于:外层采用碳素钢或碳素低合金钢,内层采用不锈钢、钛、钛合金、镍合金、铝、铝合金等不同耐蚀材料制成的各种形状的管接头。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管接头,特征在于:其壁厚T=0.02-0.25倍的管接头外径D、D1,内层壁厚T1=0.2-0.6T。
