本实用新型公开的是蓝宝石高强度气体放电光源封接端,它包括蓝宝石光源电弧管,电弧管端部封盖有蓝宝石塞和环,塞、环中心有小孔,电弧管内电极的引出线为铌丝,该引出线铌丝穿过塞、环而伸出在外,铌丝与塞环之间、塞环与电弧管之间用焊料封接。本实用新型不仅性能稳定可靠、寿命长、还可大大降低生产成本,而且还能进行工业化大批量生产。

蓝宝石高强度气体放电光源封接端
本实用新型涉及诸如高压钠灯、金属卤化物灯、超高压水银灯等高强度气体放电光源的封接端。
目前,对蓝宝石气体放电光源端部的封接多采用金属铌帽和陶瓷塞并附以焊料进行气密性封接,也有采用塞和环进行封接的。由于这两种封接端的电弧管内电极的引出线都是铌管,直径较大,在生产过程中无法实现封接和排气的一体化,致使这两种气体放电光源电气参数稳定性差、寿命短、生产成本高,而且不能进行工业化大批量生产。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种性能稳定、寿命长、生产成本低,而且能进行工业化大批量生产的蓝宝石高强度气体放电光源封接端。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过以下技术解决方案实现的:它包括蓝宝石光源电弧管,电弧管的端部封盖有蓝宝石塞、环,所述塞环与电弧管间封焊有焊料,该塞和环中心有小孔。其结构特点是电弧管内的电极引出线为铌丝,该铌丝穿过塞、环中心的小孔引出在外。
由于本实用新型的电极引出线为铌丝,易与塞、环中心的小孔实现气密性封接,不仅性能稳定可靠、寿命长,还可大大降低生产成本,而且能进行工业化大批量生产。

参见附图,本实用新型的蓝宝石高强度气体放电光源封接端包括蓝宝石光源电弧管1,该电弧管的端部用蓝宝石塞2和环3封住,塞、环中心留有小孔,设置于电弧管1内的电极6的引出线铌丝4则穿过该小孔伸出在外,铌丝4与塞、环之间以及塞2、环3与电弧管1之间均用专用玻璃焊料5焊接,以实现其气密性封接。
